中文摘要:随着数字经济的蓬勃发展,十几年间中国企业级SaaS取得了较大的发展。某种程度上,近几年的新冠疫情推动企业采用“线上办公”、“线上营销”,加速了中国SaaS市场的成熟。2022年1月12日,在国务院发布的《“十四五”数字经济发展规划》中提到,要集中突破高端芯片、工业软件、操作系统,补齐关键技术短板。云计算、5G等技术的不断创新,大多数企业开始进行数字转型升级,SaaS的应用场景不断拓宽,帮助企业降本增效,推动着SaaS行业市场规模不断扩大。 YY软件公司成立34年,现在正处在SaaS转型的关键时期,2018年后向市场推出了多款SaaS公有云产品,希望通过SaaS产品抢占市场,提升业务体量。目前,软件行业竞争激烈,企业客户对于软件产品的要求越来越高,YY软件公司如何通过SaaS转型从竞争中脱颖而出,驱动企业长效发展成为YY软件公司急需解决的问题。 本文从SaaS产品现状入手,运用企业转型、产品生命周期、市场领先者竞争战略等理论和PEST、NPS调查法等相关分析工具对YY软件公司SaaS转型问题展开研究。首先,对YY软件公司SaaS转型的背景和难点做分析。其次,从144家大中小型企业客户提取236个样本做统计分析,以NPS调查法切入,从销售模式、区域分布、商品模块等多维度穿透,对YY软件公司SaaS转型存在的问题展开深入研究,发现产品、系统稳定性、实施、客户支持存在不足。最后,结合作者自身从业经验和相关理论知识,从产品、市场、组织体系建设三个方面,对YY软件公司SaaS转型中可能遇到的问题提出改进的策略建议。希望对YY软件公司SaaS转型成功提供参考,同时也为软件行业内其他软件公司的SaaS转型成功提供一定借鉴意义。 
英文摘要:With the vigorous development of the digital economy, China's enterprise level SaaS has made great progress in the past decade. To some extent, the COVID-19 in recent years has promoted enterprises to adopt "online office" and "online marketing", accelerating the maturity of China's SaaS market. On January 12, 2022, in the "Fourteenth Five Year" Digital Economy Development Plan issued by the State Council, it was mentioned that we should focus on breaking through high-end chips, industrial software, and operating systems, and complement key technical weaknesses. With the continuous innovation of cloud computing, 5G and other technologies, most enterprises have begun to carry out digital transformation and upgrading. The application scenarios of SaaS have continued to expand, helping enterprises reduce costs and increase efficiency, and promoting the continuous expansion of the market scale of the SaaS industry. YY software company has been established for 34 years, and is now in a critical period of SaaS transformation. After 2018, it launched a number of SaaS public cloud products to the market, hoping to seize the market and improve the business volume through SaaS products. At present, the competition in the software industry is fierce, and the requirements of enterprise customers for software products are getting higher and higher. How YY Software Company can stand out from the competition through SaaS transformation and drive the long-term development of enterprises has become an urgent problem for YY Software Company to solve. Starting from the current situation of SaaS products, this dissertation studies the SaaS transformation of YY software companies by applying theories such as enterprise transformation, product life cycle, market leader competitive strategy, PEST, NPS and other relevant analysis tools. Firstly, the background and difficulties of SaaS transformation of YY software company are analyzed. Secondly, 236 samples were extracted from 144 customers of large, medium and small enterprises for statistical analysis. Starting from the NPS survey method, the problems existing in YY software company's SaaS transformation were thoroughly studied from multiple dimensions, such as sales model, regional distribution and commodity module, and it was found that there were deficiencies in products, system stability, implementation and customer support. Finally, combined with the author's own experience and relevant theoretical knowledge, this dissertation puts forward some suggestions for improving the problems that may be encountered in the SaaS transformation of YY software company from three aspects: product, market and organizational system construction. It is hoped to provide reference for the successful SaaS transformation of YY software company, and also provide certain reference for the successful SaaS transformation of other software companies in the software industry.
