| 中文摘要: | 过去的几年时间里,我国嵌入式计算机行业市场规模保持快速发展态势。随着自主可控需求的推进和军工武器装备的高速发展,预计到2027年我国嵌入式计算机行业市场规模将突破两万亿元。由于我国嵌入式计算机起步较晚,因此在工业领域长期由国外品牌占据垄断地位,自主品牌主要以军工电子作为产业的孵化单元。我国大多数嵌入式计算机研制企业在从事军工业务领域时,通常根据不同客户、不同项目选择不同的竞争战略。然而,低成本战略往往以牺牲利润为代价,导致项目规模越大,投入产出比越低;差异化战略对企业的战略资源和核心能力又要求过高,中小型企业难以具备相应的能力。 面对中小型企业发展的“战略困境”,本文以企业竞争战略为研究视角,运用战略理论结合分析工具对KQ公司所处的嵌入式计算机行业发展现状进行分析,梳理本企业的战略资源和核心能力。总结KQ公司在行业内竞争的优势和不足,研究发现,聚焦差异化竞争战略是适合KQ公司发展的竞争战略的结论,并通过企业开展价值创造活动和价值辅助活动进行战略实施,保持企业在市场竞争中的领先优势。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In the past few years, the market scale of China's embedded computer industry has maintained a rapid development trend. With the promotion of independent and controllable demand and the rapid development of military weapons and equipment, it is estimated that the market size of China's embedded computer industry will exceed 2 trillion yuan by 2027. Due to the late start of embedded computers in China, foreign brands have occupied a monopoly position in the industrial field for a long time. Self owned brands mainly use military electronics as the incubation unit of the industry. When most embedded computer research and development enterprises in China are engaged in military business, they usually choose different competitive strategies according to different customers and projects. However, low cost strategies often sacrifice profits, leading to the larger the project scale, the lower the input-output ratio; The differentiation strategy requires too much strategic resources and core competence of enterprises, which makes it difficult for small and medium-sized enterprises to have corresponding capabilities. In the face of the "strategic dilemma" of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, this paper, from the perspective of enterprise competition strategy, uses strategic theory and analysis tools to analyze the development status of the embedded computer industry where KQ is located, and sort out its strategic resources and core capabilities. Summarize the advantages and disadvantages of KQ Company's competition in the industry. The research found that focusing on differentiated competition strategy is a competitive strategy suitable for KQ Company's development, and carry out the strategy implementation through the enterprise's value creation activities and value assistance activities to maintain the enterprise's leading edge in the market competition. | |
