| 中文摘要: | 近年来,随着学术界对企业文化研究的不断深入,我国民营企业也开始逐渐重视企业文化建设。企业文化在企业的经营和管理中发挥着举足轻重的作用。通过企业文化体系的建设,对内可以凝聚战略目标,主导决策理念,统一员工的思想。对外可以提升企业形象和品牌影响,促进业绩增长,进而帮助企业实现战略目标,快速发展壮大。A防水材料公司成立于2011年,主要业务为喷涂速凝橡胶沥青防水材料的研发、生产以及建筑防水施工。自创立发展到今天,A防水材料公司在喷涂速凝防水材料这一细分领域市场占有率第一,并逐步形成了一套相对完整的企业文化体系。然而,由于公司对企业文化的认知存在偏差,导致企业在发展的过程中,出现了团队成员凝聚力不强,组织缺乏活力,员工对公司文化缺少认同等一系列问题,对公司的发展形成了较大的阻力。 本文以A防水材料公司作为研究对象,基于国内外学者在企业文化方面的研究成果,通过企业参观考察和员工访谈等形式,对该公司在企业文化建设过程中组织管理、制度实施、员工激励等方面的内容进行深入研究和分析,指出该公司在企业文化建设方面存在的诸多问题。本文充分结合A防水材料公司的实际情况,从加强企业文化理念的聚焦与传播、增强领导者在企业文化建设中的作用、打造高效的运营管理能力、建立与企业文化相匹配的管理制度和加强对员工的培养关怀等多个方面提出针对性的改进策略。为确保企业文化优化策略的有效实施,公司需要重视和加强员工在企业文化建设中的作用,设置相应的制度,投入相应的资源。A防水材料公司通过对现有企业文化体系进行优化,能够充分发挥企业文化在公司员工中的价值导向和行为引导,从而为公司快速发展提供持续的动力。 A防水材料公司在企业文化建设方面存在的问题具有普遍性,很多企业在发展过程中也会遇到。本文具有一定的创新性,主要体现在通过对A防水材料公司企业文化存在问题的分析,以及相应优化策略的提出,为我国科技型制造企业的企业文化建设工作提供一定的理论指导意义和实际参考价值。同时,能够帮助我国民营企业改善企业文化建设方面的不足,提升企业文化对企业发展的影响,增强企业在复杂多变环境下的生存和适应能力,助力企业高质量发展。然而,由于笔者的知识储备和写作水平有限,本文的研究成果依然存在一些有待补充和完善的地方,在后续的研究中持续进行补充和完善。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In recent years, with the continuous deepening of the research on corporate culture in academia, our country's private enterprises have begun to gradually attach importance to the construction of corporate culture. Through the construction of the corporate culture system, we can internally condense strategic goals, lead decision-making concepts, and unify employees' thinking. Externally, it can enhance corporate image and brand influence, promote performance growth, and then help companies achieve strategic goals and grow rapidly. A waterproof material company was established in 2011, whose the main business is the research and development, production and building waterproof construction of spray quick-setting rubber asphalt waterproof material. After more than ten years of development, A waterproof material company has the largest market share in the sub-sector of spraying quick-setting waterproof materials, and has gradually formed a relatively complete corporate culture system. However, due to the deviation of the company's cognition of the corporate culture, as a result of the company's development process, there have been weak cohesion of team members and poor organizational structure, and the series of problems such as lack of vitality and lack of recognition of company culture by employees have formed a great resistance to the development of the company. This paper takes A waterproof material company as the research object, based on the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on corporate culture, through corporate visits and employee interviews, to organize management, system implementation, and employee incentives in the process of corporate culture construction, conducting in-depth research and analysis on the content of the company, and pointing out many problems in the company's corporate culture construction. This paper combines the actual situation of A waterproof material company, uses the method of combining theory with practice, and combines the management concept of people-oriented, from strengthening the focus and dissemination of corporate cultural concepts, enhancing the role of leaders in corporate culture construction, and building efficient operation and management capabilities , to establish a management system that matches the corporate culture, and to strengthen the training and care for employees, and put forward targeted improvement strategies. In order to ensure the effective implementation of the corporate culture optimization strategy, the company needs to pay attention to and strengthen the role of employees in the construction of corporate culture, set up corresponding systems, and invest corresponding resources. By optimizing the existing corporate culture system, A waterproof material company can give full play to the value orientation and behavior guidance of corporate culture in the company's employees, thereby providing continuous power for the rapid development of the company. The problems existing in the construction of corporate culture of A waterproof material companies are universal, which many companies will also encounter in the process of development. This paper has a certain degree of innovation, which is mainly reflected in the analysis of the problems of the corporate culture of A waterproof material company and the proposal of corresponding optimization strategies, which provides certain theoretical guiding significance and practical reference value for the construction of corporate culture of our country’s science and technology-based manufacturing enterprises. At the same time, it can help our country's private enterprises to improve the shortcomings of corporate culture construction, to enhance the impact of corporate culture on enterprise development, and the ability of enterprises to survive and adapt in complex environments, and facilitate high-quality development of enterprises. However, due to the limited knowledge reserve and writing level of the author, there are still some areas to be supplemented and improved in the research results of this paper, and it will continue to be supplemented and improved in subsequent research. | |
