| 中文摘要: | 随着汽车行业在中国的快速发展,人们对于汽车的需求和要求也在逐渐提高,追求更多的功能更高的性价比,同时整个产业链不断完善,绝大部分占据市场领导地位的合资企业,零部件国产化比例全部在90%之上,国内主机厂采用的国产零部件比例超过95%,零部件行业市场竞争变得愈加激烈,这对企业也提出了更高的要求。只有有竞争力的企业才能在竞争激烈的市场中生存下来,而如何能获取更多健康的业务能够保证公司持续长远发展,是公司最重要的核心问题,怎样能够获取更多的业务,报价管理能力是关键。 本论文基于C公司的运营现状,针对新业务获取上严重下滑,对报价流程进行了梳理,发现了实际运行中的问题:报价流程不清晰;所报价格没有竞争力,主要是成本核算不准确以及报价战略模糊导致;报价时间不能得到保证,尤其是国内客户或者项目比较集中时。本文对这些问题进行了详细的描述和分析,找出根本原因,针对原因提出如下方案及措施改善现状:①优化报价流程,识别清楚产品和项目质量的技术要求。②对所有影响产品价格的因素进行详细确认,包括材料、设备、人工、包装运输等,确保其生产制造成本的准确性。③报价策略进行优化,对不同的顾客、不同的项目、不同的产品采取有针对性的报价方案。 本文利用系统化及数字化解决方案,以经济性为导向,结合企业全面发展战略,解决了企业面临的运作问题。为同行业在业务扩张方面提供了新的方案和思路,为汽车零部件企业在获取新业务和成本控制上能够带来一定的参考价值。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the rapid development of the automobile industry in China, people's demands and requirements for automobiles are also gradually increasing, and more people are pursuing higher cost performance. At the same time the whole industry chain continues to improve, in most of the joint ventures that occupy the leading position in the market, the localization rate of parts is more than 90%, and the proportion of domestic parts used by domestic OEMs is more than 95%. The market competition in the parts industry is becoming increasingly fierce. This also puts forward higher requirements for enterprises. Only those who are competitive can survive in the fiercely competitive market, and how to obtain more healthy business to ensure the sustainable and long-term development of the company is the most important core issue of the company. The key point to gain more business is quotation management ability. This thesis is based on the current operation status of Company C, which has experienced a serious decline in new business acquisition, and has combed through the quotation process, and found out the problems in the actual operation. The quotation process is not clear; the quoted prices are not competitive, mainly due to inaccurate cost accounting and fuzzy quotation strategy; the quotation time cannot be guaranteed, especially when domestic customers or projects are concentrated. This thesis describes and analyzes these problems in detail to find out the root cause and puts forward the following plans and measures to improve the current situation: ①optimize the quotation process and identify the quality and technical requirements of the product project. ②Confirm all factors affecting the product price in detail, including materials, equipment, labor, packaging and transportation, etc., to ensure the accuracy of its production and manufacturing costs. ③Optimize the quotation strategy and adopt specified quotation schemes for different customers, different projects and different products. This thesis uses systematic and digital solutions to solve the operational problems faced by the enterprise with an economy-oriented approach, combined with a comprehensive corporate development strategy. It provides new concepts and ideas for the business expansion of the same industry and could bring some reference value for auto parts enterprises in obtaining new business and cost control. | |
