中文摘要:为了更好的适应建筑市场环境,提高市场竞争力,T公司近些年积极融入EPC工程总承包建设领域,在全国各地多个区域承揽了EPC工程总承包项目,但由于造价管理体系不够完善、设计理念陈旧、过程管理经验不足,所承揽的EPC项目利润率不容乐观,没有充分利用EPC的优势为企业增加利润,反而与同期施工总承包项目利润率相比,具有较大的差距。因此,EPC工程总承包项目的造价管理问题成为了困扰企业发展的痛点问题,急需优化管理、寻求解决方案,从而帮助企业走出困境。 本文主要研究利用模糊层次分析、动态管理思想、设计流程优化对T公司EPC工程总承包项目的造价管理进行优化,进而确保企业稳定的利润率。本文在回顾EPC工程总承包项目、造价管理相关理论基础上,分析了T公司EPC工程总承包项目的特点和与之对应的造价管理面临的问题,从企业、项目、市场环境三个维度提出了影响造价管理的八个因素:造价管理体系建立、投标策略选择、合同谈判能力、限额设计及可施工性、竣工资料管理、过程动态控制、综合人才引进、市场波动,通过问卷调查法、专家打分法、模糊层次分析法对影响因素进行分析,得出各因素对项目的影响程度,通过结论可知,造价管理体系、过程动态控制、工程设计、竣工资料四个问题是影响T公司在EPC工程总承包项目造价管理过程中,存在的最主要的问题,需要重点解决。第五章重点针对第四章模糊层次分析结果,结合T公司组织结构及管理模式,对EPC工程总承包的造价管理作出了相应的优化方案研究,针对其薄弱环节进行改进、优化,并在第三节提出绩效考核制度,保障造价管理优化方案的有效执行,进而为提高企业EPC工程总承包项目利润率,为企业积极主动地适应EPC工程总承包领域的发展提供有力帮助。 
英文摘要:In order to better adapt to the construction market environment and improve the market competitiveness, T Company has actively integrated into the EPC construction field in recent years, and contracted EPC projects in many regions across the country. However, due to the imperfect cost management system, outdated design concepts, and lack of experience in process management, the profit rate of the EPC projects contracted is not optimistic, and the advantages of EPC have not been fully utilized to increase profits for the enterprise, On the contrary, compared with the profit rate of general contracting projects in the same period, there is a large gap. Therefore, the cost management problem of EPC project has become a pain point for the development of enterprises. It is in urgent need of optimizing management and seeking solutions to help enterprises get out of difficulties. This thesis mainly studies how to optimize the cost management of T Company's EPC project by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, dynamic management idea and design process optimization, so as to ensure the stable profit margin of the enterprise. On the basis of reviewing the relevant theories of EPC project and cost management, this thesis analyzes the characteristics of T company's EPC project and the corresponding problems faced by cost management, and puts forward eight factors affecting cost management from three dimensions of enterprise, project and market environment: establishment of cost management system, selection of bidding strategy, contract negotiation ability, quota design and constructability, completion data management Process dynamic control, introduction of comprehensive talents and market fluctuation, analyze the influencing factors through questionnaire survey, expert scoring and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, and get the degree of influence of each factor on the project. The conclusion shows that the four problems of cost management system, process dynamic control, engineering design and completion data are the main problems that affect T Company in the process of cost management of EPC project, It needs to focus on solving. The fifth chapter focuses on the results of the fuzzy level analysis in the fourth chapter, combined with the organizational structure and management mode of T Company, and makes corresponding optimization plan research on the cost management of EPC project general contracting, improves and optimizes the weak links, and puts forward the performance appraisal system in the third section to ensure the effective implementation of the cost management optimization plan. Further, it will provide strong help for enterprises to improve the profit rate of EPC projects and actively adapt to the development of EPC projects.
