中文摘要:水电由于清洁、环保、经济的特点,在几乎每一个国家都被作为优先发展的能源。我国水能资源丰富,可开发量居世界第一。最近十余年来,全世界的巨型水电站开发几乎都是在中国进行的。根据国家能源局的规划,后续还会有近二十年的开发热潮。水电站主机设备运行寿命一般都在五十年左右,所以质量的管理成为了主机设备生产制造的关键。世界主要的五六家水电设备生产厂家目前并没有一个非常成熟和统一的质量管理流程,每个厂家都在做自己的探索。本研究借助了W水电站的实践,力图探索出一个行之有效的全过程质量管理流程,此为研究背景。 本文以W水电站主机设备的全过程质量管理为研究对象,通过对全过程进行分析,挑出其中对最终质量结果影响最大的三个阶段,那就是设计阶段、原材料采购阶段和生产阶段进行重点分析。该质量管理具备一些特征,首先就是项目周期长,从项目启动到主机设备最终交付前后共花了五年的时间;然后是技术复杂度高,水电主机设备包括了数万个零部件,涵盖了流体力学、计算、材料、机械、电气、喷涂、物流等诸多专业;最后是相较于流水线式的生产,水电主机设备单件式的生产对质量管理带来更大的挑战。研究过程中采用了案例研究法和文献研究法,通过现场观察、现场调查和客户交流获得的一手资料进行整理与分析,首先找出W水电站前期遭到客户投诉的痛点,理解客户的期望和实际的偏差,其次寻找原材料合格率偏低的问题进行原因分析,有针对性地提出改进措施,最后通过提高关键工序一次合格率的方法来提升生产的质量水平。 通过研究发现,水电站主机设备的全过程虽然时间跨度大,环节众多,但是设计环节、原材料采购环节和生产制造环节是决定整体质量管理水平的根本。识别关键环节有针对性地制定改进措施,并提供相应的实施保障是改善全过程质量管理的关键。 
英文摘要:Hydropower is a prioritized energy in almost every country because of its clean, environmental friendly and economic characteristics. China is rich in hydropower resources, and its exploitable capacity ranks first in the world. In the last ten years, the development of giant hydropower plants in the world has been almost carried out in China. According to the planning of the National Energy Administration, there will be another development boom in the next 20 years. The investment of hydropower plant project is huge, so there are lots of focus on from the whole society to it, and the service life is generally about 50 years. Therefore, quality management has become the key to the production and manufacturing of hydro equipment. At present, the top five major hydropower equipment manufacturers in the world do not have a very mature quality management process yet, and each is doing its own exploration. With the help of the practice of W hydropower plant, this study tries to explore a mature and efficient quality management process, which can provide reference for the development of giant hydropower plants in China in the future. This research takes the whole process quality management of the main equipment of W hydropower plant as the research subject, and through the analysis of the whole process, there are three stages that have the greatest impact on the final quality result are identified, which are the design stage, the raw material procurement stage and the production stage. The quality management has some specific features, the first is the long project cycle, which took a total of five years from the start of the project to the final delivery of the main equipment; Then there is the high technical complexity, hydropower main equipment includes tens of thousands of parts, covering fluid dynamics, calculating, materials, machinery, electrical, painting, logistics and many other majors; Finally, compared with the way of mass production, the single-piece production of hydropower main equipment brings greater challenges to quality management. In the research process, mainly take the literature research method and case study method, through on-site observation, on-site investigation and customer meeting to obtain first-hand information for sorting out and analysis, first of all to find out the pain points of the customer complaints in the early stage of W hydropower plant, to understand the customer's expectations and actual deviations, followed by looking for the problem of low pass yield of raw materials for cause analysis, targeted improvement measures, and finally improve the quality level of production by improving the pass yield of key processes. When come to the research results, although the main equipment of the hydropower plant has a large time span and many stages, the design stage, raw material procurement stage and manufacturing stage are the most critical ones that determine the overall quality management level. It is the key to identify the key areas and improve the whole process quality management to formulate improvement measures and provide corresponding implementation guarantee.
