中文摘要:随着社会文明程度的提升,企业发展实力的增强,技术及创新效应的外溢和社会责任理念内涵的深化,履行社会责任作为一种价值导向逐渐被各大企业所接受,国家和政府也开始关注企业社会责任的开展情况。财政部曾发布《企业内部控制应用指引第4号--社会责任》,总结了企业应当承担的四类社会责任,用于促进企业履行社会责任,实现企业与社会的协调发展。习近平主席也在企业家座谈会上也发表了演讲,提到企业要敢于承担社会责任。作为一种新兴业态,网约车企业如何履行自身的社会责任,提前规避可能造成的社会问题,甚至在实现社会责任的同时,创造新的经济收益,已成为各网约车企业的关注焦点。 本文以某D公司社会责任的识别与落实为案例,重点复盘其社会责任的识别过程,并整理其社会责任实施过程中成功与失败的做法,以此分析某D公司社会责任落实不到位的原因。本文以基于迈克尔·波特的竞争战略的企业社会责任实现方法作为基本理论,根据某D公司的案例,确立了网约车企业实现社会责任的基本方法。即企业通过价值链分析和社会竞争环境分析,选定企业的利益相关方。根据找到的引发社会问题的价值链活动,以及可以提升业务水平的社会竞争环境,企业分别提出改善计划,并结合这两种计划,总结出企业需要满足利益相关方的社会责任议题,促使企业围绕这些议题落实社会责任活动。 理论上,本文构建了一种基于竞争战略的网约车企业实现社会责任的方式,并为某D公司社会责任的落实提出了建议,以期帮助各网约车企业履行社会责任,实现社会价值。 
英文摘要:With the improvement of social civilization, the enhancement of enterprise development strength, the spillover of technology and innovation effects, and the deepening of the concept of social responsibility, as a value orientation,the fulfillment of social responsibility has gradually been accepted by major enterprises, and the state and government have also begun to pay attention to the status of corporate social responsibility. The Ministry of Finance had issued《Enterprise Internal Control Application Guidelines No. 4 -- Social Responsibility》, which summarizes four types of social responsibilities that enterprise should undertake , which is used to promote enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities and realize the coordinated development of enterprises and society. President Xi also delivered a speech at the Entrepreneurs Symposium, mentioning that enterprises should have the courage to undertake social responsibilities. How car-hailing companies,as an emerging business format, can fulfill their social responsibilities, avoid possible social problems in advance, and even create new economic benefits while fulfilling social responsibilities, has become the focus of all car-hailing companies. This paper takes the identification and implementation process of D company social responsibility as a case, review the identification process of its social responsibility, and sort out the success and failure practices in the implementation process of its social responsibility, so as to analyze the reasons why the implementation of social responsibility of D company is failed. This paper takes the method of realizing corporate social responsibility which is based on the Michael Porter's competitive strategy as the basic theory, and establishes the basic method for car-hailing enterprises to realize social responsibility,based on the case of D company. That is, through value chain analysis and social competition environment analysis, enterprises can identify its stakeholder. By finding out the value chain activities which will cause social problems, and the social competition environment that can improve the business level,the enterprise proposes improvement plans respectively, and combine these two plans to summarize the social responsibility issues that enterprises should use to satisfy their stakeholders, and urge enterprises to carry out social responsibility activities around these issues. In theory, this paper constructs a way for online car-hailing enterprises to realize their social responsibility based on competitive strategy, and puts forward suggestions for the implementation of social responsibility of D company, with a view to helping online car hailing enterprises to fulfill their social responsibility and realize social value.
