| 中文摘要: | 随着移动互联网的不断普及,互联网技术也在不断的改变着人们的生活方式,社区团购在此基础上应运而生。M公司在2020年7月成立社区团购事业部进入社区团购赛道,并已处于领先地位。2021年以来随着政府监管部门对社区团购的监管加码,行业的野蛮生长态势被迫放缓。从业务长期发展角度看,在社区团购的下半场各公司的供应链管理能力将成为竞争的焦点,而通过对供应商的管理,提高供应商的产品质量与履约情况,降低采购成本从而提升供应链竞争力是十分必要的。由于业务处于野蛮发展阶段,M公司社区团购业务目前存在供应商管理中存在着供应商开发与选择环节缺少科学体系支持、供应商关系管理薄弱及供应商绩效考核缺乏激励措施等多方面问题。因此需要通过对供应商管理流程、供应商开发与选择环节以及供应商运营环节进行持续优化,以增强企业的市场竞争力。 本文以供应商管理相关理论为基础,以M公司社区团购业务为主要研究对象,首先从宏观上阐述了我国社区团购业务的行业发展现状和M公司社区团购业务供应商管理状况。其次对目前M公司存在的供应商管理问题进行分析研究,并找出其供应商管理问题发生的根本原因。针对M公司供应商管理存在的问题结合目前公司业务发展的实际情况,首先从优化供应商管理流程,使其形成闭环体系,持续提升供应商管理水平;其次建立科学的供应商开发与选择体系,通过客观的数据表达供应商的实际水平,帮助管理者进行科学的决策;再次,通过对供应商进行分类并进行差异化关系管理,提升重点供应商管理效率,增加重点供应商配合度。另外通过改善供应商绩效管理流程及增加供应商激励等措施及对供应商绩效管理进行提升。最后提出从组织制度保障、人力资源与信息技术三个方面的措施对各项优化实施方案提供支撑及保障。本文能够对M公司供应商管理起到促进作用,同时也希望能够使其他各类企业在供应商管理上起到借鉴作用。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the continuous popularization of mobile Internet, Internet technology is constantly changing people's life, and community group buying came into being on this basis. In July 2020, M company established the community group purchase business department to enter the community group purchase track, and has been in a leading position. Since 2021, as the government regulators have increased the supervision of community group buying, the barbaric growth of the industry has been forced to slow down. From the perspective of long-term business development, the supply chain management capabilities of each company will become the focus of competition in the second half of community group buying. Through the management of suppliers, suppliers can improve product quality and contract performance, reduce procurement costs, and improve the supply chain. Competitiveness is necessary. Due to the savage development of the business, M Company's community group buying business currently has many problems in supplier management, such as lack of scientific system support for supplier development and selection, weak supplier relationship management, and lack of incentives for supplier performance appraisal. Therefore, it is necessary to continuously optimize the supplier management process, supplier development and selection links, and supplier operation links to enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises. Based on the relevant theories of supplier management and taking M company's community group purchase business as the main research object, this paper firstly expounds the industry development status of my country's community group purchase business and the supplier management status of M company's community group purchase business from a macro perspective. Secondly, it analyzes and researches the existing supplier management problems of M company, and finds out the root cause of its supplier management problems. In view of the problems existing in the supplier management of Company M, combined with the actual situation of the current business development of the company, the first step is to optimize the supplier management process to form a closed-loop system and continuously improve the supplier management level; secondly, to establish a scientific supplier development and selection system, Expressing the actual level of suppliers through objective data helps managers to make scientific decisions; thirdly, by classifying suppliers and conducting differentiated relationship management, the management efficiency of key suppliers is improved and the cooperation of key suppliers is increased. In addition, improve supplier performance management by improving supplier performance management process and increasing supplier incentives. Finally, three measures are proposed to provide support and guarantee for each optimization implementation plan from three aspects: organizational system guarantee, human resources and information technology. This paper can promote the supplier management of M company, and also hope to make other enterprises play a reference role in supplier management. | |
