中文摘要:随着我国基础设施投资步伐的放缓,建筑行业产能过剩,市场竞争日趋激烈,同时政府监管日趋严格,建筑施工企业发展要求提升,面临的风险因素与日俱增,特别是建筑施工企业面临着风险因素的大量性、风险损失的严重性、风险控制的依赖性和风险防范的多元性等特点,进行必要的、全面的风险控制,是迫在眉睫的一项重要工作。 本文以天津某大型国有施工企业G公司为研究案例,结合国内外关于风险管理的理论研究成果,阐述建筑施工企业风险管理的重点,提出完善建筑施工企业风险管理体系的基本思路。首先从绪论开始,阐述该论文的目的和意义,指出目前国内施工企业面临的风险日益加大,风险管理体系不完善,加强和完善风险管理工作对有助于提升公司管理水平和市场竞争力。然后从风险的含义、风险管理的主要内容、发展历程和历史沿革等方面对相关理论进行认真研究、系统梳理,并与实践相结合,系统分析研究了G公司风险管理状况,从风险目标设定、信息收集、风险识别、评估、应对和监督改进等方面进行论述,系统阐述了G公司风险管理工作要求、实操流程,并采用半结构化访谈法梳理出G公司风险管控要点和应对策略,最后是对G公司风险管理工作提出了改进建议,得出研究结论。 根据本文的研究分析,指出建筑施工企业应根据行业特点和自身发展管理需要明确风险管理目标,确定风险管理原则,系统梳理公司发展和施工管理过程中面临的风险源,并根据成本效益原则对相关风险分级分类管控。要优化风险管理工作的流程程序,围绕风险识别、分析、应对等关键环节,采取人为和系统相结合的方式做好管控。要结合公司发展需要和风险管理数字化要求,建立风险管理系统,健全完善企业风险管理文化,不断提升公司风险管理质量和水平,为公司健康持续发展保驾护航。 
英文摘要:With the slowing down of infrastructure investment in China, overcapacity in the construction industry, increasingly fierce market competition, and increasingly strict government supervision, the development requirements of construction enterprises have been improved, and the risk factors faced by construction enterprises are increasing day by day, especially the large number of risk factors, the severity of risk losses, the dependence of risk control and the diversity of risk prevention Comprehensive risk control is an urgent and important work. This thesis takes G Company, a large state-owned construction enterprise in Tianjin, as a research case, and combines the theoretical research results on risk management at home and abroad to elaborate the key points of risk management of construction enterprises, and puts forward the basic ideas for improving the risk management system of construction enterprises. First of all, from the introduction, the purpose and significance of this thesis are described. It is pointed out that the risks faced by domestic construction enterprises are increasing, and the risk management system is not perfect. Strengthening and improving the risk management work will help to improve the company's management level and market competitiveness. Then, we carefully studied and systematically combed the relevant theories from the aspects of the meaning of risk, the main content of risk management, the development process and the historical evolution, and combined them with practice. We systematically analyzed and studied the risk management status of G Company, discussed the risk goal setting, information collection, risk identification, assessment, response, supervision and improvement, and systematically expounded the requirements and practical procedures of risk management of G Company, The semi-structured interview method was used to sort out the key points of risk management and control and coping strategies of G Company. Finally, suggestions for improvement were put forward on the risk management of G Company, and research conclusions were drawn. According to the research and analysis of this thesis, it is pointed out that construction enterprises should define risk management objectives according to industry characteristics and their own development management needs, determine the risk management principles, systematically sort out the risk sources faced by the company in the process of development and construction management, and classify and control the relevant risks according to the cost benefit principle. It is necessary to optimize the process and procedures of risk management, focus on risk identification, analysis, response and other key links, and adopt a combination of human and system to do a good job in management and control. It is necessary to establish a risk management system, improve the enterprise risk management culture, constantly improve the quality and level of the company's risk management, and ensure the healthy and sustainable development of the company in combination with the company's development needs and the requirements of digital risk management.
