| 中文摘要: | 在经济全球化背景下,公司未来不仅要面对市场经济环境的大变化,还要积极应对来自同行业竞争对手发出的更大挑战,公司要想提高竞争力和适应力,在剧烈的人才争夺和知识迭代中获得优势,就必须拥有一个高素质的人才团队,通过培训的方式着重对公司的人才进行培养,以此来提升核心竞争力,保持在激烈市场竞争中的发展优势是非常关键的,同时赋能团队作战能力,促进公司战略目标的达成和经济效益的获取,才能最终实现公司的可持续发展。 A公司作为全球五百强跨国企业,近年来发展迅速。公司通过实施战略转型,开拓了许多新的产品领域生产线、构建了多元化产品与服务的发展路线,公司在增强自身实力的同时,也面临着人才能力考验的严峻问题,尤其是专业领域的人才缺口较大,不能给新产品领域的生产运营带来满意的服务。尽管公司已形成了一套培训制度,但对新领域人才培训工作的重视程度欠缺,从人才的技能问题出发,仍然面临许多困难,致使培训整体工作质量较差,培训效果不尽如人意。因此,优化和改善员工培训体系是公司在满足新产品领域发展和持续经营中需要迫切解决的最主要问题。 本文试图以A公司培训体系为研究对象,首先阐明研究背景与研究意义,结合培训体系的相关理论与概念,为员工培训系统优化设计提供了理论基础。为了更好地深入分析公司目前的培训体系情况,通过运用文献、案例等研究方法了解了公司概况、现阶段人力资源状况与员工培训现状、培训体系现状与成效等,总结出目前培训体系存在的直接问题,并归纳出相对应的根本原因。最后,在此调查资料的基础上,为公司提供员工培训体系的优化设计方案,遵循培训原则并尝试从多维度对其培训体系进行优化设计形成有机整体,又分别从组织、文化、制度、促进机制等方面为培训体系的优化保驾护航,从而建立一套与公司发展战略和人力资源管理相匹配的培训管理体系,以此来完善员工培训工作,真正地帮助员工改善能力、公司提升效益,为发挥更好的实践指导提供参考价值和借鉴意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Under the background of economic globalization, the company in the future should not only face the great changes of the marketing economical environment, but also actively deal with greater challenges from the same industry competitors, the company wants to improve competitiveness and resilience, and get advantages in the intense competition of talents and the iteration of knowledge, must have a high quality talent team, to cultivate the talents through the training so as to enhance the core competitiveness, to maintain the development advantage in the fierce market competition, at the same time enable the team combat ability, promote the company's strategic objectives and economic benefits to achieve sustainable development. A company as a global top 500 multinational enterprise, has been developing rapidly in recent years. Through the implementation of strategic transformation, the company opens up many new product lines, and builds a series of diversified products and services in the field of marketing development, it is not only enhancing its strength at the same time, but also facing the severe problems of talents ability test, especially talent gap in new field is getting larger, cannot bring satisfactory service to the production and operation of the new products field. At present, although the company has formed a set of training system, it does not pay enough attention to the professional talents’ training. Starting from the problem of talents' skills, it still faces many difficulties, the overall quality of training is relatively poor, and the training effect is not satisfactory. Therefore, Optimization and improvement of staff training system is the most important problem that the company is eager to solve in the development of new products and sustainable operations. This thesis tries to take the training system of A company as the research object of study. Firstly, it clarifies the research background and significance, and combines the relevant theories and concepts of the training system to provide a theoretical basis for the optimization design of the staff training system. In order to in-depth analysis of the present employee’ training system situation, through literature, case research methods to understand the company profile, the situation of present human resource condition and employee training, also the present situation of training system and the current achievements, etc., sums up the problems existing in current training system, and generalize the corresponding root-causes. Finally, on the basis of the survey data, an optimization design scheme of employee training system is proposed for Company. Following some principles, the company tries to optimize and design the training system of Company A from dimensions and form an organic whole. Respectively from the organization, culture, system and promotion mechanism are the escort of training system optimization, so as to establish a set of match the company development strategy and human resource management training management system, in order to perfect employees’ training system, really help to improve employees’ abilities and company’s efficiencies, to pay a better practice guidance to provide reference value and significance. | |
