| 中文摘要: | 随着“十四五”大幕的拉开,我国的港口进入了高质量发展的快车道。与此同时,也给我国的港口企业带来了政策上的引领和方向上的指导。由于全国各地区港口发展的不均衡性,彼此之间的竞争也在逐步升级。河北港口整合进度的加快也将促进港口发展局面由无序、同质化竞争转变为合作共赢。如何能够在新的局面下抓住新机遇、提高市场占有率和提升核心竞争力,成为了众多港口企业争相研究的主题。曹妃甸港集团A公司作为一个成立时间不久的传统件杂货港口企业,所面临的挑战也更加严峻。 本文以曹妃甸港集团A公司为研究对象,对当下该公司的发展战略深入研究分析。首先对港口企业发展战略的研究背景和意义、研究内容和方法进行了阐述。然后,对相关理论进行回顾和国内外文献综述。其次,通过搜集资料和实证调查分析A公司的内部环境,着重分析了公司的基本情况、基础设施与通过能力、货源腹地、装卸工艺、组织结构、人力资源、信息化程度和生产运营能力;通过三次指数平滑法研究未来三年的吞吐量走势。采用波特五力模型、PEST分析法研究A公司发展的外部环境,阐述了港口的发展现状和趋势,着重分析了公司发展的竞争环境和宏观环境;再次,对A公司进行SWOT分析为战略制定做了铺垫。依据之前的分析基础明确了A公司近远期发展战略目标,进一步提出了适合于A公司发展的一体化战略,通过优化组织结构、调整经营货种结构、提升关键能力、创新激励举措和培育企业文化来实施战略。最后,提出了完善港区硬件设施、加强生产技术创新、推进数字化转型、注重管理效率和人力资源四种保障措施,助力所提出的战略稳定实施。 本文所采取的数据均真实、可靠,通过资料的搜集,定量与定性分析相结合的方法,就此分析所得出的结论有很高的参考价值。A公司也将依据新战略来进一步优化内部资源,合理调配利用多方面外部资源,弥补短板、发挥优势、加强综合实力,在竞争中能够找准新定位,定下新思路,明确新发展方向,迈入新的发展阶段。 | |
| 英文摘要: | As the curtain of the Fourteenth Five-Year Plan drawing, the port of our country entered the fast lane of high quality development. At the same time, it has brought policy guidance and direction guidance to our port enterprises. Due to the uneven development of ports across our country, the competition between each other is also escalating. The accelerated progress of integration of ports in Hebei Province will also promote the port development situation from disorderly and homogeneous competition to win-win cooperation. How to seize the new opportunities, improve the market share and enhance the core competitiveness in the new situation has become the subject of many port enterprises competing for research. Company A of Caofeidian Port Group Company Limited, as a traditional cargo port enterprise established not long ago, is facing more severe challenges. This thesis takes Company A of Caofeidian Port Group as the research object and makes an in-depth study and analysis of the company's development strategy at present. Firstly, the research background and significance of the development strategy of port enterprises are described. And the research contents and methods are described. Then, the relevant theories are reviewed. The literature at home and abroad is reviewed comprehensively. Secondly, through data collection and empirical investigation, the internal environment of company A is analyzed, focusing on the company's basic situation, infrastructure and port capacity, source hinterland, loading and unloading technology, organizational structure, human resources, degree of informatization and production and operation capability; The throughput trend of the next three years is studied by cubic exponential smoothing method. Using Michael Porter's Five Forces Model and PEST study the external environment of Company A's development, the present situation and trend of port development are expounded, focusing on the analysis of the company's development of the competitive environment and macro environment. Thirdly, the SWOT analysis of Company A lays the groundwork for strategy formulation. Based on the previous analysis basis, the near and long term development strategic objectives of company A are determined, and the integration strategy is further formulated for the development of Company A. The strategy is implemented by optimizing the organizational structure, adjusting the structure of goods, enhancing key capabilities, innovating incentive measures and cultivating corporate culture. Finally, before the research as the basis, put forward the security measures such as improving the hardware facilities of the port, strengthening the production technical innovation, promoting digital transformation, focusing on management efficiency and human resources, helping the development strategies proposed to implement stably. The data adopted in this paper are real and reliable. Through the collection of data and the combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis, and the conclusions obtained from this analysis have high reference value. According to the new strategies, Company A will further optimize internal resources, rationally allocate and utilize various external resources, make up for shortcomings, give full play to advantages and strengthen comprehensive strength. Company A will be able to find a new position, set a new idea, define a new development direction and enter a new development stage in the competition. | |
