| 中文摘要: | 近几年,汽车零部件伴随汽车行业快速发展。汽车零部件作为汽车生产的基础广泛用于汽车内外饰、底盘、动力系统及各个车身结构、系统,起着基础却重要的作用。由于其与车身各个部件紧密连接,因此需与车身一起适应各种复杂、恶劣环境和场合。零部件的失效常常会引起严重的事故或后果,因此,汽车零部件行业对产品的品质、稳定性、耐久性有着严苛的要求。当下,汽车产业逐步向定制化发展,其所需求的零部件也从过去的大批量、标准化生产转变为小批量、定制化生产,这使得汽车零部件行业对材料应用、设计速度、生产精度、环保程度的要求日益提高。另一方面,当代社会的原材料与人力成本不断增加,汽车类零部件行业的利润空间被大大压缩,发展面临着潜在危机,为了突破困局并保持更持久的行业竞争力,持续降低生产成本已成为汽车零部件企业的必然选择。 与此同时,作为一家中小型民营企业,GZ汽车零部件公司也面临着一系列问题,如硬件方面的设备、人才、资金短缺问题和软件方面的缺乏先进管理模式,如缺乏先进供应链管理机制、信息管理水平落后等问题。二者最终导致公司的生产成本、产品质量、生产效率缺乏竞争力。 结合行业发展现状及GZ公司的自身问题,本研究首先通过访谈分析法将GZ公司常见的管理问题进行总结归纳,将主要问题聚焦于为GZ公司供应链的协同管理的缺失。然后将前人的理论研究和GZ公司的实际情况结合起来,建立GZ公司供应链协同管理对应的研究框架。最后,根据研究框架为GZ公司选取合适的供应链协同管理方法并设计供应链协同管理评价模型。试图利用协同管理的方法管理GZ公司的供应链和供应商,从而达到降低产品成本提高GZ公司供应链管理水平的目的。 本文研究价值及创新点为从中小型企业的现实情况出发,结合汽车零部件的行业特点,根据国内外相关学者对于供应链协同管理研究现状,将供应链管理与协同理论相联系,为GZ汽车零部件公司的设计供应链协同管理方法及评价指标,易于理解并且具有很强的可操作性。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In recent years, auto parts have developed rapidly with the auto industry. As the basis of automobile production, auto parts are widely used in automobile interior and exterior decoration, chassis, power system and various body structures and systems, playing a fundamental but important role. Because of its close connection with various parts of the body, it needs to adapt to various complex and harsh environments and occasions together with the body. The failure of parts often causes serious accidents or consequences. Therefore, the automotive parts industry has strict requirements on product quality, stability and durability. At present, the automobile industry is gradually developing towards customization, and the parts required by it have also changed from mass and standardized production to small batch and customized production, which makes the requirements of the automobile parts industry on material application, design speed, production accuracy and environmental protection degree increasingly improved. On the other hand, the cost of raw materials and human resources in the contemporary society is increasing, the profit space of the auto parts industry is greatly compressed, and the development is facing a potential crisis. In order to break through the dilemma and maintain more lasting industrial competitiveness, it has become an inevitable choice for auto parts enterprises to continuously reduce production costs. At present, there is an Impossible triangle between small batch customized production, high product quality and low production cost. Under the constraints of existing resources, the three cannot coexist, which has become one of the major problems that hinder the development of the industry. At the same time, as a small and medium-sized private enterprise, GZ Auto Parts Co., Ltd. is also facing a series of problems, such as the shortage of equipment, talents and funds in hardware and the lack of advanced management mode in software, such as the lack of advanced supply chain management mechanism and backward information management level. Both eventually lead to the lack of competitiveness in the company's production cost, product quality and production efficiency. Combined with the current situation of industry development and GZ's own problems, this paper focuses on strengthening the collaborative management of supply chain for GZ. This paper tries to use the method of collaborative management to manage the supply chain and suppliers of GZ Company, so as to reduce product costs and improve the supply chain management level of GZ Company. The research value and innovation point of this paper is to start from the reality of small and medium-sized enterprises, combine the industry characteristics of auto parts, and according to the current research situation of domestic and foreign scholars on supply chain collaborative management, link supply chain management and collaboration theory, which is a highly operable design supply chain collaborative management method and evaluation index for GZ Auto Parts Company. | |
