中文摘要：	汽车零部件循环包装租赁市场日渐成熟，其为主机厂及零部件厂带来的价值越来越显著。近三年汽车产销量起伏较大，但整体呈下降趋势，尤其对于传统燃油车而言。越来越多的主机厂、零部件厂开始关注包装成本的降低，进而关注到循环包装动态租赁的方式。 本文根据对W公司物流部门对于循环包装优化管理及产品成本优化的双需求，借鉴行业内其他企业的采购模式及经验，将零部件循环包装原本的零部件供应商自购方式向动态租赁方式进行改善，一方面解决了包装管理一直以来不透明及效率低下的问题，更为公司带来了巨大的成本节约。 本文首先介绍了将零部件循环包装采购模式改善为动态租赁模式的研究背景及研究意义，介绍了国内外循环包装使用情况及动态租赁模式发展情况的相关研究及现状，并介绍了相关理论如采购理论、循环经济理论。其次，本文以作者所在企业W公司为研究对象，分析了现有零部件循环包装管理情况和成本情况，并对问题进行了分析，提出了采购模式改善为动态租赁模式的必要性。再次，结合汽车行业一些已经实现循环包装动态租赁的企业实践经验，W公司制定了动态租赁的相关需求及实施策略，选取几种有代表性的循环包装，通过试点招标将其转变成动态租赁方式并取得成本的大幅节约。通过采购模式改善过程实践，总结出相关问题及保障措施，并提出日后的改善措施便于后续实施大规模循环包装采购模式改善。在文章最后，在试点招标成功举行的基础之上，提出后续大规模包装循环包装采购模式改善的规划，使W公司在计划时间内完全全部循环包装的动态租赁模式转化，全面实现包装管理及成本方面的优化。 本研究对于其他主机厂或零部件厂来说具有一定的借鉴意义，可以有效提升企业关于循环包装的投入成本和管理效率。从问题分析、模式切换的可行性分析、到动态租赁模式需求的制定及实施等，对于正在准备实施采购模式改善的企业来说有很实际的参考价值。
英文摘要：	Auto components container leasing is becoming mature in recent years, which take significant value to auto manufactures and component manufactures. In the past three years, automobile production and sales fluctuated greatly, but the overall trend is down, especially for traditional fuel vehicles. Most of manufactures focus on cost down for packaging, then dynamic leasing of container has been attracted. Since W company has demand of cost saving as well as optimize container management, they draw lessons from other enterprises on the container purchasing mode and improvement experience, switch component container purchasing mode from component supplier investment to dynamic leasing. The purchasing mode improvement solve previous management issues such as low efficiency and non-transparency. On the other hand, it brings huge cost saving for the company. The article firstly overall introduced the background of the study and meaning for this topic, introduce domestic and overseas study of container leasing implementation, enhance the theories into application field. Relevant theories have been introduced such as procurement management theory and circular economy theory. Secondly, this article takes the enterprise W company where the author works as the research object, analyzes the management and cost situation of the existing parts, focus on the root cause, and puts forward the necessity of improving the procurement mode to the dynamic leasing mode. Thirdly, combined with the practical experience of some enterprises in the automotive industry that have realized dynamic leasing of containers, W Company has formulated relevant requirements and implementation strategies for dynamic leasing, selected several representative containers, and transformed them into dynamic leasing throughout pilot bidding and achieved substantial cost savings. Throughout the implementation of purchasing mode switch, risks and avoidance measures were summarized, which will be applicated to next round big-scale tender for all container purchasing mode switch to dynamic leasing. At the end of the article, based on the successful pilot bidding, the improvement plan of the rest containers is pointed out and aim to fully realize the optimization of container management as well as cost saving. The article is valuable to be taken as good reference to other enterprise which scheme to switch to container dynamic leasing, that improve management efficiently and reduce container investment cost, such as the conduction of root cause analysis, feasibility study, purchase requirement of dynamic leasing and implementation of the pilot bidding.
