中文摘要：	随着我国改革开放的发展，作为＂社会财富第三次分配＂的重要手段，以各种基金会为代表的非营利性组织，不仅得到了国家的鼓励和支持，也受到了社会的广泛关注和大力发展。但与此同时，公益组织和项目经营管理能力不足及资源利用的低效等成为限制发展的主要障碍。虽然目前在理论研究中，关于市场经营中的管理理念和经营模式研究相对丰富，但针对公益项目经营模式的理论研究成果并不丰富。 正是从这个角度出发，结合笔者本人的工作经历和观察总结，以中国光华科技基金会“书海工程”项目为研究主体，回顾了国内外关于基金会公益项目的组织结构、运营模式和营利性及非营利性组织平台经营模式的文献研究之后，以基金会管理者为主视角，通过对该研究主体在发展历程、流程管理、平台业务及产品、社会反馈及自建生态等方面进行梳理与分析，得出项目从传统的经营模式发展为一个有生态、有价值倡导同时又注重运营的平台经营模式，结合企业管理学中相关概念和方法，率先尝试从“价值”“运营”“生态”三个维度提出了包括价值主张、传播效果、核心资源管理、基础设施建设、生态网络和社会关系六个要素的“六边形模型”。对该模型在研究主体中的具体体现和响应，也进行了分析。 我国公益事业是一个前途无限的新兴领域，在相当长的一个时期内，需求将远远大于供给；围绕有限的机会和资源展开的竞争也将达到白热化程度。这种前所未有的机会和前所未有的竞争，更需要严谨的战略判断和科学有效的经营管理，也需要更加广泛深入地学习和借鉴企业管理中的理念和经验，来提升公益组织和公益项目的效率和效益。本论文选定的研究主体为中国光华科技基金会“书海工程”项目，为我国目前规模最大的图书捐赠项目，经过将近20年的发展，累计捐赠图书超过30亿码洋，已经成长为国内募集图书最多、捐赠范围最广、影响力最大的图书捐赠项目，同时也建立了完善的管理制度，并形成了可持续发展的平台经营模式。所以本论文也希望通过对案例的研究和总结，通过该模型的提出，为今后其他公益项目的研究、设计和评估理论参考和实践依据，推动公益领域的经营模式的升级，提高公益项目的品牌影响力和综合竞争力，促进公益慈善行为在社会发展中公共价值与效率的全面提升。
英文摘要：	With the development of China's reform and opening up, as an important means of "the third distribution of social wealth", non-profit organizations represented by various foundations have not only been encouraged and supported by the state, but also attracted wide attention and vigorous development of the society.However, at the same time, the lack of management capacity of public welfare organizations and projects and the inefficiency of resource utilization have become the main obstacles restricting development.Although there are relatively rich theoretical research on management concepts and business models in market operation, the theoretical research results on the business model of public welfare projects are not rich. It is from this perspective that is, Combined with the author's own work experience and observation and summary, With the "Shuxiang Project" project of China Guanghua Science and Technology Foundation as the main research body, After reviewing the literature research on the organizational structure, operation mode and business model of the for-profit and non-profit organization platform at home and abroad, From the main perspective of foundation managers, By combing and analyzing the research subjects in the development process, process management, platform business and products, social feedback and self-built ecology, It is concluded that the project has developed from a traditional business model to an ecological platform business model with valuable advocacy and emphasis on operation, Combining with relevant concepts and methods in enterprise management, It is the first to put forward a "hexagonal model" of "operation", including value proposition, communication effect, core resource management, infrastructure construction, "value", ecological network and social relations ".The concrete embodiment and response of the model in the research subject are also analyzed. Public welfare is a long period of time, demand will outexceed supply; competition around limited opportunities and resources will be hot.Such unprecedented opportunities and unprecedented competition require more rigorous strategic judgment and scientific and effective management, as well as more extensive and deep learning and reference from the concepts and experiences in enterprise management, so as to improve the efficiency and efficiency of public welfare organizations and public welfare projects.This paper selected the main body for China guanghua technology foundation "book engineering" project, for China's largest book donation project, after nearly 20 years of development, accumulated donated books more than 3 billion yards, has grown into domestic raising books, donations most widely, the most influential book donation project, but also established a perfect management system, and formed the sustainable development platform of business model.So this paper also hopes that through the case study and summary, through the model, for the future other public welfare project research, design and evaluation theory reference and practice basis, promote the upgrade of the field of business model, improve the brand influence and comprehensive competitiveness, promote the public charity behavior in the social development of public value and efficiency.
