中文摘要：	摘要 供应商管理库存（VMI）是一种新的库存管理理念，这一理念把用户和供应商的诉求进行整合，追求两者的成本最低和利润最大化，强调信息共享和合作共赢，是一种信息化环境下的合作管理模式。供应商管理库存是一项系统性工程，不仅需要跨部门沟通，还需要跨法人协作，不仅需要技术支撑，还需要流程支撑，不仅需要开展高效的业务管理，还需要开展有效的风险管控。 在新冠疫情和中美贸易摩擦的背景下，行业涨价、供需缺口持续扩大，宅经济、科技战、虚假需求等新的经济现象，使得半导体行业需求和供应存在很多不确定性。作为从事制造业的企业，F公司在快速发展的进程中，库存管理面临存储成本高、产品持续缺货、需求预测不准、库存商品过剩、存货周转率不理想等问题，为了节约成本、加强供应链管理，F公司积极推进供应商管理库存。本研究从供应链和风险管理相关理论出发，回顾了国内外相关理论成果，对风险管理、供应商管理库存（VMI）、制造业VMI风险管理的理论发展和研究成果进行综述，并以F公司为研究对象，利用德尔菲法识别其VMI风险因素，利用层次分析法确定风险权重，从数据分析结果来看，受疫情和贸易摩擦的影响，F公司VMI环境风险、缺货成本风险、信息系统风险等较为突出，从而进一步明确了F公司VMI风险管理的重点和应对策略。 本研究从F公司的管理实际出发，有针对性地提出了供应商管理库存风险控制的优化方案，以切实帮助F公司提升库存管理的效率和效益，实现供应链节点企业的共赢，并为国内制造业企业提升库存管理水平提供参考价值与借鉴意义。 关键词：供应商管理库存；库存风险管理；供应链管理；仓储管理；库存管理
英文摘要：	Abstract Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) is a new inventory management concept, which integrates the demands of users and suppliers, pursues the lowest cost and maximum profit, and emphasizes information sharing and win-win cooperation. It is a cooperative management model in an information environment. Vendor managed inventory is a systematic project, which requires not only cross departmental communication, but also cross legal cooperation, not only technical support, but also process support, not only efficient business management, but also effective risk management and control. Under the background of the new coronavirus epidemic and Sino US trade friction, the price rise of the industry, the gap between supply and demand continues to expand, and new economic phenomena such as housing economy, scientific and technological war and false demand make there are many uncertainties in the demand and supply of the semiconductor industry. As an enterprise engaged in manufacturing industry, in the process of rapid development, F company is faced with problems such as high storage cost, continuous shortage of products, inaccurate demand forecast, excess inventory goods, unsatisfactory inventory turnover rate and so on. In order to save costs and strengthen supply chain management, F company actively promotes supplier inventory management. Starting from the relevant theories of supply chain and risk management, this study reviews the relevant theoretical results at home and abroad, summarizes the theoretical development and research results of risk management, supplier managed inventory (VMI) and manufacturing VMI risk management, takes F company as the research object, identifies its VMI risk factors by Delphi method, and determines the risk weight by analytic hierarchy process, From the results of data analysis, affected by the epidemic and trade friction, the VMI environmental risk, out of stock cost risk and information system risk of F company are more prominent, which further defines the focus and coping strategies of VMI risk management of F company. Starting from the management reality of F company, this study puts forward the optimization scheme of supplier managed inventory risk control, so as to effectively help F company improve the efficiency and efficiency of inventory management, realize the win-win situation of supply chain node enterprises, and provide reference value and significance for domestic manufacturing enterprises to improve the level of inventory management.
