| 中文摘要: | 制造业是关系国计民生的基础性、根本性产业,汽车和汽车零部件制造业被冠以“制造业皇冠”的美誉,该行业长期以来作为引领和探索制造业发展方向的先锋,发展至今,已经高度成熟和健全,急需新的发展动力和增长点。制造业服务化作为当今制造业的发展趋势,其实质就是通过将价值链由制造为重心向以服务为重心转变,通过服务价值的附加,使企业获得竞争优势,从而促进企业效益和利润的增长,增强企业的市场竞争力。 本论文通过P公司在汽车涂装和零部件行业制造业服务化转型过程中的生动实践,捕捉和研究P公司在服务化转型过程中遇到的瓶颈、风险和收益等问题,并提出了对策建议和可行路径。本文首先通过对P公司行业环境、行业服务化转型趋势的分析入手,结合P公司自身实际经营发展现状,指出了P公司服务化转型的必要性;之后,通过P公司在服务化转型中的探索和实践,通过对一手资料的分析以及访谈等研究方式,识别和归纳了P公司服务化转型中遇到的问题;最后从比较优势和价值链分析的角度,基于对P公司服务化转型的深入分析研究,提出了一系列助力P公司在服务化转型中持续前进的路径和策略;针对P公司的服务化转型目标,本文设计的复合型人才建设、信息系统建设和多层级创新平台建设,以及提升研发能力和商业模式创新等方面的对策建议,能够有的放矢的解决P公司在服务化转型中面临的突出问题,对于P公司今后成功推动服务化转型工作,具有较强的实践指导意义。同时,对于当今同处于汽车零部件行业企业的服务化转型,也具有一定的参考价值。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Manufacturing is a basic and fundamental industry that is related to the national economy and people's livelihood. The automobile and auto parts manufacturing industry is known as the "crown of manufacturing". This industry has long been a pioneer in leading and exploring the development direction of the manufacturing industry. It is highly mature and sound, and urgently needs new development drivers and growth points. As the development trend of today's manufacturing industry, the essence of servitization of manufacturing is to transform the value chain from manufacturing as the center of gravity to service as the center of gravity, and through the addition of service value, enterprises can gain a competitive advantage, thereby promoting the growth of enterprise benefits and profits, enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises. This essay captures and studies the bottlenecks, risks and benefits encountered by P company in the process of service transformation through the vivid practice of P company in the process of service transformation of automobile painting and parts industry, and proposes countermeasures Recommendations and possible paths.
