| 中文摘要: | 人才的培养与发展对任何一家企业而言都是热议不衰的关键话题,尤其是对于中小型企业而言,面对严峻复杂的国际形势、特别是新冠肺炎疫情的严重冲击,企业的经营环境在不断遭受艰巨的挑战,其对于人才的关注也与日俱增。 一般来说,国内进行管培生项目的企业均属于体量相对较大、具备一定经济实力、社会影响力的企业,行业类型以银行、地产、互联网居多,这类企业具备承受在管培生培养项目中由于人员流失等各种因素所带来的培养成本,同时由于知名度相对较高,所以在前期管培生招聘也能吸引较优的人才资源,但是对于以M公司为代表的中小型企业而言,开展管培生培养项目的目的不仅仅是培养其成为基层管理者,成为人才梯队的补充。如何能够吸引并培养出一批既具由较好的基础素质和企业未来发展所需能力,且认同企业发展理念,愿意同企业共同奋斗的人才,并让其担任组织中的关键管理角色从而实现企业战略转型的目的,可能是其战略破局的关键一步。 所以本文以M公司的管培生培养体系为主要研究对象,对其管培生培养涉及的各个方面进行深入、全面的分析,揭示其在管培生流失、成长未达预期等问题的背后原因,并基于素质能力模型及其他相关人才培养理论提出优化思路,确保企业能顺利解决当前发展阶段所面临的人才供应难题,同时也希望本文能给其他实施管培生项目的中小型企业提供一些参考。 | |
