中文摘要:环境保护上升为国家战略, 2013年9月印发了《大气污染防治行动计划》,计划中提出了对颗粒物、硫化物、氮氧化物、烟气粉尘等在当时来看的主要污染物的治理目标,计划实施后,这些主要污染物的排放明显下降,效果明显,但同时也出现了新的问题,挥发性有机物(VOCs)排放量逐年上升,VOCs是形成O3和PM2.5的主要前体物,其对于环境的影响也越来越大。鉴于此情况,全面监测和控制VOCs的排放量,就能有效降低空气中O3和PM2.5的含量,从而进一步提升空气质量。由此可见,VOCs监测是空气环境治理的必要途径,全面加快VOCs污染防治势在必行。 本文通过一般环境分析理论、产业竞争环境分析理论、战略资源与核心能力理论、SWOT分析理论以及迈尔克?波特教授的竞争战略理论,对中国环保产业以及津普利公司的发展现状及发展趋势进行了深入的分析,通过产品、市场层级确定出最适合津普利公司未来发展的竞争战略,然后根据价值链理论,对价值链进行细分,将驱动因素与主要价值活动一一对应,再针对价值链中的每一个价值活动制定出详细的构建措施,并确保各个措施之间的一致性与持久性。 本文通过系统的分析之后,得出了津普利公司未来应以集中差异化为竞争战略的结论,即选择以挥发性有机物的监测与治理为主要深耕领域,提供竞争对手难以模仿的具有差异化价值的产品为竞争战略。希望通过本文的研究结论,能够对津普利公司未来的发展提供借鉴与帮助,同时也希望能够给大气环境监测及治理产业的主要参与企业提供经营思路,为中国环保产业的高质量发展添砖加瓦。 
英文摘要:Environmental protection has become a national strategy. The action plan for the prevention and control of air pollution was issued in September 2013. The plan puts forward the treatment objectives of major pollutants such as particulate matter, sulfide, nitrogen oxide, flue gas and dust at that time. After the implementation of the plan, the emission of these major pollutants has decreased significantly and the effect is obvious, but at the same time, new problems have emerged, and the emission of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) has increased year by year, VOCs form O3 and PM2.5, which has a greater and greater impact on the environment. In view of this situation, comprehensive monitoring and control of VOCs emissions can effectively reduce O3 and PM2.5 in the air, so as to further improve the air quality. It can be seen that VOCs monitoring is a necessary way to control the air environment, and it is imperative to comprehensively speed up the prevention and control of VOCs Pollution.This thesis makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation of China's environmental protection strategy, the development trend of China's environmental protection industry, and the development trend of China's environmental protection industry through Professor Michael Porter's SWOT theory and product competition theory The market level determines the competitive strategy that is most suitable for the future development of Enpromi, then subdivides the value chain according to the value chain theory, corresponds the driving factors to the main value activities one by one, and then formulates detailed construction measures for each value activity in the value chain, and ensures the consistency and durability of each measure. After systematic analysis, this thesis comes to the conclusion that Enpromi company should take centralized differentiation as its competitive strategy in the future, that is, it chooses the monitoring and treatment of volatile organic compounds as the main field of deep cultivation, and provides products with differentiated value that are difficult for competitors to imitate as its competitive strategy. It is hoped that the research conclusions of this thesis can provide reference and help for the future development of Enpromi company. At the same time, it is also hoped to provide business ideas for the main participating enterprises in the atmospheric environment monitoring and treatment industry, and contribute to the high-quality development of China's environmental protection industry.
