中文摘要: | 近年来,国内产能过剩、劳动力成本上升等问题较为突出,中国经济发展进入中高速增长的新常态,汽车产业的增长碰到瓶颈,甚至在 2018年出现进入本世纪以来的首次销量负增长。汽车市场增长的停滞,也使得汽车零部件行业竞争白热化。汽车零部件企业有必要调整业务战略,以应对行业竞争的加剧。目前S公司是国内燃油车用胶管的龙头企业,但随着燃油车市场规模的萎缩,公司也出现了增收不增利的困境,2018年以来经营净利润持续下滑,S公司需要对已有的燃油车用胶管业务竞争战略进行调整。 本文运用PEST分析方法从政治法律环境、经济环境、社会文化环境、技术环境4个方面对S公司的车用胶管业务宏观环境进行分析,然后使用波特五力模型对其行业竞争展开分析,得出S公司发展车用胶管业务面临的外部机遇与威胁。然后从有形资产、品牌资源、人力资源、财务资源等方面对S公司的内部环境进行分析,指出S公司发展车用胶管业务的内部优势与劣势。在S公司外部环境和内部环境分析的基础之上,使用SWOT分析方法,对其车用胶管业务进行了战略分析。最终认为S公司应当实施差异化竞争战略,以此来推动其车用胶管业务的稳健发展。 业务竞争战略转型需要与企业的自身资源、外部环境相适应,2017年后国内整车销量开始下滑,燃油汽车销量下滑更为明显,这使得主营燃油车零部件的企业面临的外部环境日益恶化。S公司等汽车零配件公司迫切需要寻找新的利润增长点,同时也需要保持现有的竞争力,维持传统业务的稳定。本文结合新的市场环境以及公司资源,为S公司重新制定汽车零部件业务战略,有利于帮助S公司明确战略方向,将有限的资源投入到更为重要的地方,提升企业的营收和利润水平,而这对于其他零配件公司战略转型也有较好的参考价值。希望本文的研究对于S公司的车用胶管业务的发展具有一定的帮助和借鉴意义,同时也为国内其他从事车用胶管业务的企业提供参考。 | |
英文摘要: | In recent years, domestic overcapacity, rising labor costs and other problems have been more serious. China's economic development has entered the new normal of medium and high speed. And the growth of the automobile industry has also encountered a bottleneck. Even in 2018, there was the first negative growth in sales since the beginning of this century. The stagnation of the growth of the auto market also makes the competition in the auto parts industry white hot. It is necessary for auto parts enterprises to adjust their business strategies to deal with the intensification of industry competition. At present, S Company is the leading enterprise of fuel vehicle rubber hose in China. However, with the shrinking of fuel vehicle market scale, the company also has the dilemma of increasing income without increasing profit. Since 2018, the operating net profit has continued to decline. S Company needs to adjust the existing competitive strategy of fuel vehicle rubber hose business. The article use PEST analysis method from the political and legal environment, economic environment, social and cultural environment, technology environment four aspects of S company's automotive rubber hose business macro environment is analyzed, and then use the porter five model analyzes the industry competition, that company S development external opportunities and threats of automotive rubber hose business. Then it analyzes the internal environment of S company from the aspects of tangible assets, brand resources, human resources, financial resources and so on, and points out the internal advantages and disadvantages of S company in developing automotive hose business. Based on the analysis of S company's environment and external environment, SWOT analysis method is used to carry out strategic analysis on its automotive hose business. Finally, S company should implement differentiated competition strategy to promote the steady development of its automotive hose business. The strategic transformation of business competition needs to be adapted to the company's own resources and external environment. After 2017, domestic vehicle sales began to decline, and the decline in fuel vehicle sales was even more obvious, which made the external environment faced by enterprises mainly engaged in fuel vehicle parts worsening day by day. Auto parts companies such as S company urgently need to find new profit growth points, and also need to maintain existing competitiveness and maintain the stability of traditional business. Combining the new market environment and company resources, this article re-formulates the auto parts business strategy for S company, which is beneficial to help S company to clarify the strategic direction, invest limited resources in more important places, and improve the company's revenue and profit levels , and this also has a good reference value for the strategic transformation of other spare parts companies. It is hoped that the research in this paper will be of some help and reference for the development of S company's automotive hose business, and also provide reference for other domestic enterprises engaged in automotive hose business. | |
