中文摘要:随着我国社会进步、经济发展,保安服务行业已然成为维护当代社会稳定不可或缺的重要组成部分。天津保安行业也始终在天津的发展中提供着专业的服务,行业的业务范围也从最初的传统人防业务发展为人防技防相结合,并向着与高科技相结合的道路发展,为天津社会的和谐构建起到了不可忽视的作用。 ZAB保安服务有限公司作为天津市保安公司脱钩改制之后公安部审批的第一批民营保安公司,也同样存在着服务同质化、服务半径区域化、服务及公司管理缺乏系统化、员工及相关服务人员素质水平偏低等问题,而这些不足在疫情导致的市场发生大量缩减后显得尤为突出,因此ZAB保安服务有限公司目前的发展战略无法满足处于保安行业市场和公司自身双转型期内的公司发展要求,制定新的、同时能够适应企业自身发展的战略就变得势在必行。 本文首先对ZAB保安服务有限公司相关问题的研究目的与意义、研究方法与框架进行阐述,形成论文的基础概要;之后运用公司战略管理理论、发展战略综述及战略类型、资源能力理论及波士顿矩阵等相关理论工具,结合行业背景的变化,对ZAB保安服务有限公司的竞争环境、发展现状,业务板块现状、机遇挑战、存在问题、资源能力等进行了相关分析,结合分析结果制定公司战略采用差异化和一体化的发展型战略,并运用波士顿矩阵对公司业务板块进行重组。通过公司职能层的人才优先战略、企业文化建设战略,公司品牌化战略进行保障实施。 本文意在以ZAB保安服务有限公司为代表,探寻适合新形势下安保行业公司的发展战略,在创新的基础上提高公司的核心竞争力,为公司持续稳定的发展提供有力支撑,同时能够对行业内同类型的企业起到一定的指导意义和借鉴作用。 
英文摘要:In recent years, With the development of society, security service industry has become more and more important in maintaining stability in contemporary society. Tianjin security service industry, as a professional security service for the society, is an important participant in the comprehensive governance of society. Its business scope has developed from simple civil air defense business to guard, patrol, technical prevention and other businesses, which plays a role that cannot be underestimated for economic development, urban construction and the construction of a harmonious society. ZAB Security Service Co., Ltd. as the first batch of private security companies in Tianjin, but there are also regional restrictions on service radius, service homogenization, poor service marketing channels, lack of systematic and advanced service management, staff quality level is generally low and other problems. These deficiencies are particularly acute in the wake of the massive market contraction caused by the pandemic. The company's current strategy can not meet the development requirements of the security market and the company's double transition, so if the company wants to achieve the strategic goals of long-term development, it must develop a new company development strategy that can adapt to the transition. By analyzing the background, significance, research methods and framework, the basic outline of the paper is formed. After further study of the corporate strategy management theory, development strategy review and strategic types, resource ability theory and related tools such as the Boston matrix, combining with the change of the industry background, the competitive environment of ZAB security service co., LTD., development status, business status challenges, opportunities, problems, resources, and so on has carried on the correlation analysis, Combined with the results of the research, the company strategy is formulated, and the intensive and integrated development strategy is adopted, and the Boston matrix is used to restructure the company's business segments. Through the company's functional layer of talent priority strategy, corporate culture construction strategy, the company's brand strategy to ensure the implementation of. This paper aims to explore the development strategy of ZAB Security Service Co., Ltd. under the new situation, improve the core competitiveness of ZAB Security Service Co., Ltd. from the perspective of innovation, provide strong support for the sustainable and stable development of the company, and play a certain guidance and reference significance for the comprehensive development of the same type of security service companies in China.
