中文摘要: 随着我国迈向“十四五”经济发展的新局面、经济结构的调整、资源配置效率的提升以及供给侧改革等环境变化,企业在自身的经营管理和市场竞争中面临着越来越大的挑战。作为一类特殊形式的国有企业,矿石码头公司不仅面对着自身经营发展的问题,还承担着保障国内钢铁生产的使命。但在新形势下,伴随着国内钢铁产业限产、国际铁矿石价格波动、国家“碳中和”目标的制定等现状,钢铁生产及相关上下游行业正在面临着巨大的压力与挑战。所以,如何乘势而上,把握战略发展机遇,合理规划发展路径,增强企业活力,进一步推动矿石码头公司占据更好的竞争地位,成为矿石码头公司发展的必须研究的问题。 天津港Y矿石码头公司(后文简称“Y公司”)主营铁矿石的装卸、仓储以及其他现代物流服务,坐落于天津港南疆港区,作为天津港集团重要的子公司和重要的铁矿石进口门户,一直为京津冀地区的整体发展做出了突出贡献,同时也面临着许多问题。本文在对竞争战略、战略的管理与制定、港口物流管理等相关理论进行研究的基础上,结合Y公司的发展现状,对企业的内部环境和外部环境进行了分析。随后利用IE矩阵分析、SWOT模型分析等方式探索目前形势下Y公司竞争战略制定的方向,并对各方案进行了可行性分析,对Y公司竞争战略的选择制定提出了建议,最终分三个阶段帮助Y公司设计了战略目标。 本文最后对Y公司价值链进行了分析,并依据分析结果提出了战略实施的具体内容,并从组织保障、人力资源保障以及企业文化保障三个方面提出实施保障措施,以确保Y公司的竞争战略得以顺利实施。 
英文摘要: With the new situation of China's "14th Five-Year Plan" economic development, the adjustment of economic structure, the improvement of the efficiency of resource allocation, the reform of the supply side and other environmental changes, enterprises are facing more and more challenges in their own management and market competition. As a kind of special state-owned enterprise, ore terminal company not only faces the problems of its own operation and development, but also undertakes the mission of guaranteeing domestic iron and steel production. But in the new situation, with the domestic iron and steel industry production being limited, international iron ore price fluctuations, the national "carbon neutral" goal and other status quo, iron and steel production and related upstream and downstream industries are facing great pressure and challenges. Therefore, how to take advantage of the situation, grasp the strategic development opportunity, rationally plan the development path, enhance the enterprise vitality, and further promote the ore terminal company to occupy a better competitive position has become a problem that the ore terminal companies have to study and solve. Tianjin Port Y Ore Terminal Company (hereinafter referred to as “Y Company”), located at Nanjiang area of Tianjin Port, specializes in iron ore handling, storage and other modern logistics services. As an important subsidiary of Tianjin Port Group and an important iron ore import portal, the company has made outstanding contributions to the overall development of The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. But it has been faced with many problems as well. Based on the study of competitive strategy, strategy management and formulation, port logistics management and other related theories, combined with the development status of Y Company, the internal and external environment of the enterprise are analyzed. Then, by means of IE matrix analysis and SWOT model analysis, the direction of Y company's competitive strategy formulation under the current situation was explored. The feasibility of each plan was analyzed, and suggestions were put forward for the selection and formulation of Y company's competitive strategy. Finally, the strategic objectives of Y Company were designed in three stages. Finally, this thesis analyzes the value chain of Y Company, and puts forward the specific content of strategy implementation according to the analysis results as well as safeguard measures from the three aspects of organization guarantee, human resources guarantee and enterprise culture guarantee, so as to ensure the smooth implementation of Y company's competitive strategy.
