| 中文摘要: | 摘要 医药行业的数字化转型是全产业链、多主体参与的创新,涉及到研发、生产和医药流通等各个环节。在价值层面,医药行业数字化转型的主要目标是赋能科学研究、重构企业运营及优化用户体验。数字化的解决方案能够加快新药研发、提高生产效率、降低营销成本、改善患者体验,为整个医药行业的发展提供新动力。R企业作为生产新型疫苗的领军医药企业,需要抓住数字化转型的契机,利用前期在行业中积累的市场优势,进一步将数字化技术赋能企业发展,重塑医药产业链格局,实现要素、流程以及服务的全面数字化。R企业应该明确市场定位,结合自身优势,进行数字化战略布局,在医药数字化浪潮中构筑竞争优势。 本文基于组织变革理论及数字化转型的内涵及实质,分析了医药行业进行数字化转型的意义。本文以R企业为研究对象,首先,对R企业的历史沿革与经营现状进行了分析,从而发现企业在经营过程中存在商业模式陈旧、生产运营管理效率低下、生产研发人才短缺、药物的全面质量管理信息传递相对滞后等问题,根据上述问题分析了R企业进行数字化转型的必要性,得到R企业只有进行数字化转型才能提升竞争力、缩短研发周期并提高药品研发成功率、提效降本、提高生产合规性。其次,本文分析了R企业需在经营管理模式、生产数字化改造、业态创新及信息安全等方面建立转型定位,明确R企业要将商业模式创新、建设提升企业生产运营管理效率、提升药物质量管理水平等作为数字化转型内容,提出不同阶段下R企业以业务流程驱动的信息化、数据驱动的数字化、人工智能驱动的智能化为转型实施路径。在此基础上,提出了R企业数字化转型的实施策略,明确R企业数字化变革文化宣贯、成立转型专项小组、制定项目管理办法。最后,为保障R企业数字化转型的顺利推动实施,从组织与机制保障、人力资源保障、信息技术保障三方面提供支撑。 通过研究,本文得出了医药行业的企业数字化转型是整个行业目前迫切需要与时俱进、加快创新的任务,数字化转型对企业内部控制有独到之处。由点及面,R企业应不断加大对数字化转型的投资力度,结合自身需求,制定相应内部控制的信息化系统,逐步优化管理,最大限度地减少人力,促进企业现代化管理,全面提升企业现代化管理水平。 关键词:变革理论;数字化转型;医药企业管理 | |
| 英文摘要: | Abstract The digital transformation of the pharmaceutical industry is an innovation involving the whole industry chain and multiple actors, involving research and development, production and pharmaceutical circulation. From value proposition, the digital transformation of the pharmaceutical industry is mainly aimed at enabling scientific research, reconstructing enterprise operations and optimizing user experience. Digital solutions can accelerate the development of new drugs, improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce marketing costs, improve the patient experience, and provide new impetus to the development of the entire pharmaceutical industry. As a leading pharmaceutical enterprise in the production of new vaccines, taking R company as an example, it needs to seize the opportunity of digital transformation, make use of the market advantages accumulated in the industry in the early stage, further develop digital technology enabling enterprises, reshape the pattern of pharmaceutical industry chain, and realize the comprehensive digitalization of elements, processes and services. R company should clarify its market positioning, combine its own advantages, carry out digital strategic layout, and build competitive advantages in the wave of pharmaceutical digitization. Based on the theory of organizational change and the connotation and essence of digital transformation, this thesis analyzes the significance of digital transformation in pharmaceutical industry. In this thesis, R company is taken as the research object. Firstly, the historical evolution and operating status of R company are analyzed, and it is found that there are problems in the operation process of R company , such as outdated business model, low efficiency of production and operation management, shortage of production and r&d talents, and relatively lagging transmission of total quality management information of drugs. According to the above problems, the necessity of R company 's digital transformation is analyzed. On this basis, around the purchasing and warehousing, production and equipment, research and development and quality, human resources and finance four aspects the positioning of enterprise digital transformation, the goal and the path of digital transformation, to enhance competitiveness, to shorten the development cycle and enhance the success rate of drug research and development, the authors advocate efficiency, increase production compliance. Secondly, this thesis analyzes that enterprises R need to establish transformation positioning in the aspects of operation and management mode, production digital transformation, format innovation and information security. It is clear that enterprises R should take business model innovation, improving the efficiency of production and operation management and improve the level of drug quality management as digital transformation content. The thesis puts forward the implementation path of R company transformation in different stages, namely, business process-driven informatization, data-driven digitalization and artificial intelligence-driven intelligence. On this basis, the thesis puts forward the implementation strategy of R company digital transformation, clarifies the publicity and implementation of digital transformation culture, establishes transformation special group and formulates project management methods. Finally, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of enterprise's digital transformation, support is provided from three aspects: organization and mechanism guarantee, human resources guarantee and information technology guarantee. Through research, this thesis concludes that the digital transformation of enterprises in the pharmaceutical industry is an urgent task for the whole industry to ?speed up innovation, and digital transformation has unique features for the internal control of enterprises. From point to point, R company should continuously increase investment in digital transformation, develop corresponding internal control information system based on its own needs, gradually optimize management, minimize manpower, promote enterprise modern management, and comprehensively improve the level of enterprise modern management.
