中文摘要:随着经济全球一体化的不断发展,市场竞争日趋激烈,如何降低企业的运营成本,提升企业的竞争力,是企业非常重视的问题。通过科学的库存管理方法对库存进行优化,有助于将企业的运营成本维持在较低水平,有利于提升企业经济效益。 NOV公司是油气行业世界领先的标杆企业,是全球最大的石油钻井设备、井下工具和集成系统的解决方案提供者和制造商。本文以NOV公司的库存管理活动为研究对象,以库存、库存管理等理论作为依据,对NOV公司的库存管理现状、库存管理问题进行了深入分析并提出了系统性的优化方案。 本文首先介绍了库存、库存管理、供应商库存管理的相关理论,并以这些理论为指导,对NOV公司库存管理的现状进行分析,识别出NOV公司在库存管理方面存在的三方面的问题:产品需求预测率低、公司的库存控制管理不科学以及供应商供货效率低。针对NOV公司库存管理三方面的问题,深入分析产生这些问题的的原因,设计出NOV公司库存管理优化方案:提升产品需求预测准确度、优化库存控制管理、实施供应商管理库存管理以及强化供应商管理。论文还提出了顺利实施优化方案的保障措施。 通过对NOV公司库存管理的研究,本文希望可以借此给其他面临相似库存管理问题的企业提供一些经验,帮助他们对自身问题进行查漏补缺,从而为更多公司在库存管理优化方面起到借鉴作用。 
英文摘要:With the continuous development of economic globalization and the increasingly fierce market competition, how to reduce operating costs and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises is an issue that enterprises attach great importance to. Optimizing inventory through scientific inventory management methods will help the enterprise keep the operating cost of at a low level and improve the economic benefit of the enterprise. NOV is the world's leading company in oil and gas industry and biggest solution provider and manufacturer of oil drilling equipment, downhole tools and integrated systems in the world. This paper takes NOV's inventory management as the research object. Based on theories such as inventory and inventory management, this paper deeply analyzes the inventory management status and inventory management problems of NOV company and proposes a systematic optimization plan. This paper firstly introduces the relevant theories of inventory management and supplier inventory management, analyzes the current situation of NOV's inventory management and identifies three problems in NOV's inventory management. The first problem is product demand forecast rate is low. The second problem is company's inventory control management is unscientific. The third problem is supplier's supply efficiency is low. To solve those problems, this paper deeply analyzes the root cause for the problems, designed NOV's inventory management optimization plan: improving product demand forecast accuracy, optimizing inventory control management, implementing supplier management inventory management, and strengthening supplier management. The paper also puts forward the guaranteed measures for the smooth implementation of the optimization scheme. Through the research on the inventory management of NOV company, this paper hopes to provide some experience for other enterprises facing similar inventory management problems, help them find out their own problems, and play a reference role for more companies in the optimization of inventory management.
