| 中文摘要: | 摘要 在动态复杂环境下,面对日益激烈的竞争和挑战,为了抓住稍纵即逝的市场机遇,企业通过寻求合作,建立合作网络来应对。实践表明,企业建立网络组织,是有效获取外部知识和资源,提升核心能力,赢得竞争优势的重要途径。在合作的背景下,在网络组织框架下,企业之间的竞争不再是你死我活的对抗,而是进行合作竞争,企业在合作竞争中实现双赢或多赢。在企业竞争优势的获取过程中,竞争情报扮演重要角色,被人们认为是企业获得竞争优势的第四大要素或第四个理由。竞争情报起源于竞争性活动,但是在企业网络组织框架下,竞争情报也出现了相应的变化,于是“网络组织竞争情报”作为一个议题,便自然而然地出现了。 本文以企业网络组织竞争情报的核心问题——网络组织竞争情报模式——为研究对象,以网络组织框架下的企业合作为研究背景,试图通过相关的网络组织理论和竞争情报理论,结合组织学习和知识转移等知识,从纵向(网络组织活动)和横向(网络组织类型)得到一个企业网络组织竞争情报研究框架,并就其基本问题与核心问题展开研究。该研究框架构建和核心问题分析是基于多种理论文献分析的成果,理论的原始架构主要来自竞争情报理论和网络组织理论的交叉结合。在这种思路的指引下,本研究分别探讨了作为基本内容的网络组织竞争情报的产生原因、作用、类型和流程,网络组织竞争情报的关键制约因素,网络组织框架下竞争情报的新变化等。以此为基础,分析了作为核心内容的网络组织学习中的竞争情报模式,网络组织知识转移中的竞争情报模式,战略联盟型网络组织竞争情报模式以及网络组织间的竞争情报模式等。这构成了论文的核心内容。核心内容连同基本内容中的“网络组织竞争情报的作用、类型和流程”共同构成了是本论文的主要理论贡献。 全文共分为十章。 前两章主要是对论文的研究对象、思路、范围、方法、依据和分析框架的由来加以说明。 第三章,网络组织竞争情报的产生原因和关键制约因素。其中原因主要是:网络组织还存在竞争、选择网络合作伙伴时的风险规避、不良行为监测、运行风险防范、网络成员仍存在外部的机会与威胁,以及网络成员之间的互动等。提出了网络组织竞争情报的如下关键制约因素:信任机制、协调机制、约束机制、激励机制、决策机制和利益分配机制等。并简要指出了这些关键制约因素对网络组织竞争情报造成的影响。 第四章,网络组织框架下竞争情报的新变化。主要研究:网络组织框架下竞争情报在理论基础、内容、对象、竞争情报伦理、竞争情报手段和方式、竞争情报共享性以及竞争情报外部化与内部化的统一等方面发生的明显变化。这些变化是区别于过去单一企业组织的竞争情报的变化。 第五章,网络组织竞争情报的作用、类型和流程。网络组织竞争情报的作用与类型密切相关。网络组织竞争情报类型主要有先期风险防范情报、不良行为情报、内部竞争对手情报、外部环境情报以及外部竞争对手情报等。网络组织竞争情报的流程主要是“前网络组织”的情报审计、新成员加入网络组织时的情报审计、伙伴经营风险情报监测以及网络组织不良行为情报监测等。 第六章,网络组织学习中的竞争情报模式。在提出网络组织学习概念和特点的基础上,主要研究基于学习互动性(范围)的网络组织竞争情报模式和经典学习理论中的竞争情报模式。 第七章,网络组织知识转移中的竞争情报模式。本研究认为,网络组织知识转移就是知识在网络结点之间的转移、传播和共享行为,它以网络组织为转移的范围空间,以网络成员为知识提供方和接受方,以网络成员之间的知识互动为途径。在此基础上主要研究网络组织知识转移的特点,网络组织知识转移的障碍。研究知识嵌入性所引起的网络组织知识转移障碍消除中的竞争情报模式,以及基于粘滞障碍消除的网络组织知识转移模式。 第八章,战略联盟型网络组织的竞争情报模式。在总结战略联盟的概念和类型的基础上,研究横向战略联盟竞争情报模式和盟主型战略联盟竞争情报模式。 第九章,集群网络组织间的竞争情报模式。在回顾和梳理社会网络理论、弱联系理论和结构洞理论的基础上,研究网络组织之间的弱联系,网络组织之间竞争情报的特点以及网络组织之间的竞争情报模式。 第十章,网络组织竞争情报模式调查与分析。分别进行了专家调查分析和企业调查分析。 结论,即研究结论和后续展望,在对本研究的主要结论进行总结和归纳的同时,进行后续研究展望。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Abstract In the dynamic and complex environment, confronted with more and more fierce competition, a lot of enterprises avail themselves of cooperation to construct the collaborative networking organization to cope with such propositions and grasp the market opportunity. The practice indicates that company can effectively obtain its cooperation partner’s knowledge and resource, enhances its competence and wins competitive advantage by way of the networking organization. In the frame of networking organization, the competition among enterprises not the life and death resistance, but the cooperation-competition, or competition after cooperation, or the two unifies closely. Company could realize win-win. In the course of competitive advantage obtaining, CI plays an important role, and becomes the forth essential factor or reason for the competitive advantage. CI origins in the competitive actions, but in the situation of the competence changing in the frame of networking organization, Correspondingly, CI may also have a new change. So, as a subject, “networking organization CI” appears naturally. Based on the related networking organization theory , CI theory, organization learning theory and knowledge transfer theory etc., this paper regards the core issue of enterprise networking organization CI, that is the CI mode of enterprise networking organization, as the study object, and takes the enterprise cooperation in the frame of enterprise networking organization as the research background, tries to establish a CI theory frame in the networking organization environment from the crosswise and longitudinal, and studies its foundation theory and core issue. As a result, the research frame and core issue are on the basis of the several theory documents analysis. The frame origins in the intersection of the CI theory and networking organization. According to this mentality, this paper discusses why networking organization CI produces, networking organization CI type, the networking organization process mode, networking organization CI key influence factor and the new change of networking organization CI .These can be regarded as the basic content. Based on this, the paper analyses the CI mode in the networking organization learning, the CI mode in the networking organization knowledge transfer, the CI mode in strategic alliance and the CI mode among networking organizations. These can be regarded as the core content. The core content and the Chapter 5 together become the main theory contribution of the paper. The thesis consists of ten sections. The former two are primarily concerned with subject matter, thinking dimensions, scope, research technique, Research foundation, literature reviews and deductions of analysis framework. Chapter 3, the occurrence reasons and the Key influence factors of networking organization CI. Firstly, as the occurrence reason of networking organization CI, the competition in networking organization, the earlier period risk avoidance for selecting networking organization partner, misdeeds monitoring to networking organization member, the operation risk prevention and the opportunity and threatens from the exterior to networking organization member are analyzed. Secondly, it gives the key influence factors of networking organization CI as follows: trust mechanism, coordination mechanism, restraint mechanism, drives mechanism, decision mechanism and benefit assignment mechanism. It briefly analyzes the influence of key factors to networking organization CI. Chapter 4, the new change of CI in the networking organization frame. Some changes of CI in the rationale, the content, the subject, the ethics, the methods, the share and the unification of internality and external of CI different from the CI on basis of sole enterprise are discussed. Chapter 5, the role, type and process mode of networking organization. A osculating relation exists between the roles and the types of networking organization. The paper proposes the types of networking organization CI as follows: the earlier period risk avoidance CI, misdeeds monitoring CI, the internal competitor CI, the external environment CI and the external competitor CI. In the end, the CI audit mode of before networking organization establishment, the CI audit mode of new member joining networking organization and the misdeeds monitoring mode of networking organization member are studied. In the end, thesis supplies a six-taches CI process mode. Chapter 6, the CI mode in networking organization learning. Based on the concept and characteristics of networking organization learning, it mainly researches the networking organization CI mode on basis of the mutual learning, and networking organization CI mode in the classic learning theory. Chapter 7, the CI mode in networking organization knowledge transfer. This paper thinks that networking organization knowledge transfer is a kind of transfer, transmission and sharing of knowledge among some networking organization members. In networking organization knowledge transfer, members of networking organization become the knowledge suppliers and receivers, the knowledge communication of networking organization members is as the transfer route. Based on these, it analyzes the characteristics of networking organization knowledge transfer, the difficulties of networking organization knowledge transfer, the knowledge transfer modes of networking organization on basis of the difficulties overcomming of knowledge stickiness and the knowledge embeddedness. Chapter 8, the CI mode of the networking organization of strategic alliance. Based on summarizing the concept and types of strategic alliance, it studies the CI mode of the crosswise strategic alliance and the hegemon strategic alliance. Chapter 9, the CI mode of the networking organization with weak ties. On basis of reviews of the social networking theory, the weak tie theory and the structural hole theory, it pays attention to the weak ties among networking organizations, the CI characteristics among networking organizations and the CI mode among networking organizations. Chapter 10, the investigation and analysis of CI mode of networking organization. An expert investigation and an enterprise investigation are implemented.
