中文摘要: | 互联网的飞速发展,为远程办公与在线团队的出现提供了客观条件;近年 来,受新冠疫情的影响,各企业、组织以及政府都对远程办公进行了一定的尝 试,后疫情时代,全球仍有很多企业继续使用远程办公或混合办公模式。就在 前段时间,携程也推出了“3+2”远程办公+办公室办公的混合办公模式。远程 办公不仅节省了团队成员的通勤时间,而且短期内还能够在一定程度上提升团 队成员的工作效率,提升团队成员对于工作的满意度。同时,对于企业而言,远 程办公可以节约企业的运营成本,推动企业数字转型。但是,这种新的工作模 式也给企业管理带来了很大的挑战,其所形成的在线团队的凝聚力建设对于企 业而言也是一个比较大的问题。远程办公不利于企业对团队成员的监督和管理, 成员与成员、成员与组织之间缺乏物理联系、沟通渠道的减少会降低团队成员 与组织之间的粘性,使团队成员缺乏对企业的向心力与忠诚度,对企业内团队 的凝聚力造成了很大影响。 本文以 ZM 公司为研究对象,运用团队凝聚力与企业文化的相关理论内容, 结合 ZM 公司在线团队的工作特点,分析了 ZM 公司在线团队凝聚力的现状,找 出 ZM 公司在线团队凝聚力建设中存在的问题,并从文化优化的角度针对性的提 出了 ZM 公司在线团队凝聚力提升的策略。通过对 ZM 公司在线团队凝聚力提升 的研究,不仅对 ZM 公司本身凝聚力建设提供参考,同时也给各企业在新的远程 办公工作模式之下团队凝聚力建设提供了参考。 | |
英文摘要: | Internet’s rapid development provided objective conditions for the emergence of telework. In recent years, affected by the COVID-19, various enterprises, organizations and governments have made certain attempts to telework. In the post-epidemic era, there are still many enterprises continue to use telework or hybrid work models. Just some time ago, Ctrip also launched a "3+2" hybrid office model of telework + office-work. Telework not only saves the team members’s commuting time , but also improves the work efficiency of team members to a certain extent in the short term, and improve the satisfaction of team members with their work. At the same time, it drives the enterprise digital transformation. However this new working mode also brings great challenges to enterprise management, and the cohesion building of their online team formed by it is also a relatively big problem for enterprises. Telework is not conducive to the supervision and management of team members. The lack of physical contact between members or between members and the organization, will reduce the stickiness which make team members lack of centripetal force and loyalty,which has a great impact on the cohesion of the team within the enterprise. This thesis takes ZM Company as the research object, uses the relevant theoretical content of team cohesion and corporate culture, combines the working characteristics of ZM Company's online team, analyzes the current situation of ZM Company's online team cohesion, and finds out the problems existing in the construction of ZM Company's online team cohesion , and from the perspective of cultural optimization, it puts forward the strategy of improving the cohesion of ZM's online team. Through the research on the improvement of ZM's online team cohesion, it not only provides a reference for the construction of ZM's own cohesion, but also provides a reference for the construction of team cohesion of various enterprises under the new telework mode. | |
