| 中文摘要: | 建筑产业作为国民经济的重要支柱之一,对经济的健康发展、稳步提升具有重要意义。随着科技的进步和市场竞争的加剧,建筑企业从之前的技术竞争层面,逐渐上升到管理竞争和战略竞争层面。但目前,战略目标不清晰、战略规划意识薄弱、战略管理形式化、战略执行能力弱等问题,依然是困扰建筑企业进行战略管理的主要问题,建筑施工企业急需针对性的战略分析和战略实施措施,来作为企业发展的引导。 基于以上原因,本文使用文献研究和调查访谈的方法,选取建筑行业代表性企业作为研究对象,进行数据收集和分析。并使用PEST分析和波特五力模型分析等分析工具,进行研究对象的外部环境分析。同时进行研究对象的内部环境分析和先行战略评价。随后使用SWOT分析、内外部因素评价矩阵和定量战略计划矩阵等分析工具,对研究对象进行战略选择。确定适合的战略后,提出相应的战略实施措施和保障措施,来解决研究对象当前所遇到的战略发展问题。 经过以上研究过程,本文得出A公司应采取多元化的发展战略的结论,并应采取短期、中长期、长期三个阶段的措施来实施多元化战略,其中短期措施指1-3年内需要采取的措施,中长期措施指3-5年内需要采取的措施,长期措施指需要10年以上时间完成的措施。随后本文从财务资金、人才管理、组织管理、品牌文化等方面提出战略实施保障措施来实现目标。本研究一方面丰富了对建筑行业发展战略的研究理论,另一方面为A公司在新一轮的市场竞争中的发展战略的优化提供实施和保障措施,同时为建筑产业内其他企业的战略制定和实施提供指引。 | |
| 英文摘要: | As one of the important pillars of the national economy, the construction industry is of great significance to the healthy development and steady improvement of the economy. With the progress of science and technology and the intensification of market competition, construction enterprises have gradually risen from the previous level of technical competition to the level of management competition and strategic competition. However, at present, the unclear strategic objectives, the weak awareness of strategic planning, the formalization of strategic management and the weak ability of strategic implementation are still the main problems perplexing the strategic management of construction enterprises. Construction enterprises urgently need targeted strategic analysis and strategic implementation measures to guide the development of enterprises. Based on the above reasons, this paper uses the methods of literature research and investigation and interview to select representative enterprises in the construction industry as the research object for data collection and analysis. And this paper uses?PEST analysis?and Porter five forces model analysis and other analysis tools to analyze the external environment of the research object. At the same time, the analysis of the internal environment of the research object and the evaluation of the antecedent strategy are carried out. Then, SWOT analysis, internal and external factor evaluation matrix and quantitative strategic plan matrix are used to make strategic choice for the research object. After determining the appropriate strategy, put forward the corresponding strategic implementation measures and safeguard measures to solve the current strategic development problems encountered by the research object. After the above research process, this paper comes to the conclusion that company A should adopt a diversified development strategy, and should take short-term, medium-term and long-term measures to implement the diversification strategy. The short-term measures refer to the measures to be taken in 1-3 years, the medium-term and long-term measures refer to the measures to be taken in 3-5 years, and the long-term measures refer to the measures to be completed in more than 10 years. Then, this paper puts forward strategic implementation guarantee measures from the aspects of financial capital, talent management, organizational management and brand culture to achieve the goal. On the one hand, this study enriches the research theory of the development strategy of the construction industry, on the other hand, it provides implementation and guarantee measures for the optimization of the development strategy of company A in the new round of market competition, and provides guidance for the strategy formulation and implementation of other enterprises in the construction industry. | |
