中文摘要:一直以来,财富管理行业,为国内的实体企业提供了极大的融资支持。而 HT 集团处于国内财富管理行业的领先地位,管理规模超过 1.3 万亿人民币,属于行 业头部机构。国家贯彻落实《资管新规》,理财产品打破刚性兑付,政策鼓励发 展资本市场,金融市场在持续转型。HT 基金主营业务从过往发行债券、信托产 品,转变为发行公募与私募基金,而市场竞争对手,也从过往的第三方理财机构, 转变为各大银行和证券公司。如何在新业务市场环境中依然处于领先地位,是困 扰企业的一个难题,需要考虑多方面的因素。而企业文化作为企业的无形生产力, 是企业赖以生存与发展壮大的内生力量,也是不断增强公司核心竞争力的重要 因素。只有让 HT 基金公司的企业文化建设跟上市场的变化,不断提高企业内在 生产力,企业的主营业务转型才能获得更好的发展。 本文以 HT 基金公司作为主要研究对象,运用文献资料法、员工访谈法和问 卷调查法,对 HT 基金公司企业文化建设现状展开调查研究,发现其在企业文化 构建过程中出现的主要问题,进行问题归因,同时结合企业文化建设相关理论, 提出具体解决方案,包括企业文化理念的细化与宣贯、加强企业文化与经营管理 的结合度、通过制度优化企业文化、加强对员工的关怀与指导、提升企业品牌形 象建设五方面。最后提出 HT 基金公司企业文化提升策略实施保障,包括组织保 障、资金保障与制度保障。希望能对 HT 基金公司的企业文化建设有借鉴作用, 通过完善与升级企业文化建设体系,使其更加满足新市场环境的发展要求,进一 步提升 HT 基金公司的市场竞争力。 
英文摘要:For a long time, the wealth management industry has provided great financing support for domestic entities. HT Group is in the leading position in the domestic wealth management industry, with a management scale of more than 1.3 trillion yuan, which belongs to the industry's leading institution. With the gradual implementation of the New Asset Management Rules in recent years, wealth management products have broken the rigid payment, policies have encouraged the development of the capital market, and the financial market has continued to transform. The main business of HT Fund has changed from the issuance of bonds and trust products in the past to the issuance of public and private funds, and the market competitors have also changed from third-party financial institutions in the past to major banks and securities companies. How to remain a leader in the new business market environment is a difficult problem that plagues enterprises and needs to consider many factors. As the intangible productive force of the enterprise, the corporate culture is the endogenous force on which the enterprise depends for its survival and development, and it is also an important factor in continuously enhancing the core competitiveness of the company. Only by allowing the corporate culture construction of HT Fund Company to keep up with changes in the market and continuously improve the internal productivity of enterprises can the transformation of the main business of enterprises achieve better development. This dissertation takes HT Fund Company as the main research object, uses the literature method, employee interview method and questionnaire survey method to investigate and research the current situation of corporate culture construction of HT Fund Company, finds the main problems that occur in the process of corporate culture construction, attributes the problems, and combines the relevant theories of corporate culture construction to propose specific solutions, including the refinement and publicity of corporate culture concepts, strengthening the combination of corporate culture and operation management, optimizing corporate culture through the system, Abstract Ⅲ strengthening the care and guidance of employees, Enhance the five aspects of corporate brand image construction. Finally, the implementation guarantee of the corporate culture improvement strategy of HT Fund Company is proposed, including organizational guarantee, capital guarantee and system guarantee. It is hoped that it will have a reference effect on the corporate culture construction of HT Fund Company, and further enhance the market competitiveness of HT Fund Company by improving and upgrading the corporate culture construction system to make it more meet the development requirements of the new market environment.
