中文摘要:随着市场经济的繁荣,民营企业的工程厂房建设在不断的扩大,然而却也存在着诸多的工程建设的问题。合同管理在整个工程项目的流程优化管理能够起到约束相关方行为的主导作用,依靠合同管理能够对相应的承包商形成约束力,然而流程优化管理能够作为合同管理贯穿始终的纽带,工程建设业界的专家学者们都非常重视项目管理流程化的研究,合同管理流程优化管理应当作为业主对于工程项目管理的重中之重的工作。 基于上述的研究背景,本文以GY公司的工程建设项目为案例,进行了工程项目管理和流程优化BPI等相关理论知识的深入学习和梳理。首先,本文研究了GY公司作为中小企业主在厂房建设过程中出现一系列的问题,作为业主方的GY公司需要签订的工程在各期工程项目中出现了很多问题。其次,本文从GY公司的工程项目的启动阶段,招投标阶段、合同签订阶段、工程项目履约阶段、工程项目竣工收尾阶段这五个阶段阐述各个阶段出现的问题,并且从这五个阶段分析出现问题的原因,从而制定出针对各个阶段的优化流程方案。本文的创新之处在于重点阐述了工程项目的启动阶段,作为中小民营企业应当重视工程项目的商业论证,这是工程项目战略成功的目标,经过充分的商业论证并且充足的需求收集能够为工程建设项目节约成本。最后,为了确保流程优化方案能够确实是有效的落实并能够顺利实施,本文在第五章还提出了保障措施,分别包括人力资源方面、信息化系统方面和企业文化三个方面的保障措施。 本文综合运用了文献研究法、观察和归纳总结等方法研究GY公司的近几年的工程项目合同管理,运文献研究法探讨相关的项目管理理论、工程合同相关的管理理论对于这些合同管理阶段提出流程优化策略和方案。希望本文能够丰富合同管理中的学术研究,同时也希望能够为与GY公司类似的民营企业的工程建设合同管理提供一些参考和借鉴。  
英文摘要:With the prosperity of market economy, the construction of engineering plants in private enterprises is constantly expanding, but there are also many problems in engineering construction. Contract management can play a leading role in constraining the behavior of relevant parties in the process optimization management of the whole project, which can form binding force on the corresponding contractors by relying on contract management. However, process optimization management can serve as the link throughout contract management. Based on the above research background, this paper takes the engineering construction project of GY Company as a case, which conducts in-depth study and sorting of relevant theoretical knowledge such as engineering project management and process optimization BPI. Firstly, this paper studied a series of problems that GY Company, as a small and medium-sized business owner, had in the process of plant construction. As the owner, GY Company needed to sign projects, and there were many problems in various engineering projects of GY Company. Secondly, this paper expounds the problems in each stage from the starting stage, bidding stage, contract signing stage, project performance stage and project completion stage of GY Company's engineering projects. And analyze the causes of the problems from these five stages, so as to formulate the optimization process plan for each stage. The innovation and creation of this paper is that this paper pay much attention to the start-up stage of private companies on construction engineering projects. As small sized private enterprises, they should pay much attention to the commercial demonstration of engineering projects, which is the goal of strategic success of engineering projects. After sufficient commercial demonstration and sufficient demand collection, the cost of engineering construction projects can be saved. Finally, to ensure what mentioned about can be carried out effectively, this paper also puts forward some measurement in chapter five, including human resources measure, information system measurement and enterprise culture measures. In this paper, methodology such as literature research, observation, induction method and summary are comprehensively used to research the engineering project contract management of GY Company in recent years. The literature research method is used to discuss the relevant project management theory and the management theory related to engineering contract and put forward the process optimization strategy and scheme for these contract management stages. What I expect from this paper is that this paper can enrich the academic research on construction contract management and provide some engineering contract management experience to private companies which looks like GY company on engineering construction contract management.
