| 中文摘要： | 阿米巴经营模式经过众多的成功案例检验成功后，在中国已经形成较强的实操落地能力，特别在稻盛和夫挽救日航于危难之中后，阿米巴经营模式在日本乃至全球引起来企业界极大的关注。阿米巴经营模式在众多国家掀起来管理改革的浪潮，并在中国国内广泛的应用，对中国企业产生了非常大的影响，众多中国企业纷纷地学习效仿阿米巴经营模式 本文主要研究的是对HY公司实施阿米巴经营模式升级的经营实例，该实例主要是将企业的实际情况与阿米巴经营模式有机结合到一起，将阿米巴经营模式应用到企业中，实现由管理事，向管理人的转变，已达到企业培养经营者的目的，实现人人成为经营者。本文通过对企业现状的梳理与分析，将问题找出，并结合阿米巴经营模式调整快速地适应市场的变化，从而提升企业的核心竞争力，完成了企业一次完美的转型。 公司运用的阿米巴经营模式与手段在导入过程中相对复杂，本文针对核心重点进行了详细的分析与实际操作方案的解析，本文目的是对阿米巴经营模式在HY公司的实用案例研究，总结企业在导入阿米巴经营模式过程中的基本方法与落地实施方案，期望对有计划导入阿米巴经营模式的企业提供借鉴意义及参考价值。 | |
| 英文摘要： | After many successful cases, Amoeba business model has formed strong practical operation capability in China. Especially after Kazuo Inamori saved JAL in crisis, Amoeba business model has attracted great attention from the business community in Japan and even the world.?Amoeba business mode sets off a wave of management reform in many countries, and is widely used in China, which has a great impact on Chinese enterprises. Many Chinese enterprises have learned and followed Amoeba business mode. On HY group, this paper mainly studies Amoeba business mode upgrade business instances, the instance is mainly the organic combination of the actual situation of enterprises and amebic together, apply Amoeba business mode to enterprise, the implementation by management, to managers, has reached to cultivate the enterprise managers, the purpose of making operators.?Through combing and analyzing the current situation of the enterprise, this paper finds out the problems, and adjusts the Amoeba business mode to quickly adapt to the changes of the market, so as to enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise and complete a perfect transformation of the enterprise.
