中文摘要：	物联网时代的到来，在5G、人工智能、大数据分析等新的信息通讯技术影响下，引发了传统汽车与智能制造的深度融合。尤其是形成了汽车与通信技术、人工智能等多领域的融合。物联网+的时代背景下，“车、路、云、网、图”为核心要素打造车联网，在单车智能的基础之上，通过V2X车路协同，可以将自动驾驶技术与智能交通进行有效的连接。全球范围内都在加速对车联网的部署。中国政府也已将部署车联网提升到国家战略高度。在全国共批复了四个国家级车联网先导区，在路端建设、标准验证、评价体系建设、场景创新、运营模式等方面展开先行先试。TJ车联网先导区具有“运营指导建设”的特色。 车联网的建设需要通过政府平台型企业来实现。传统的政府平台型企业往往只重视建设，不重视运营，或者重视了运营不重视资源盘活。笔者针对这一现象，以TJ国家级车联网先导区及TJ车联网公司为研究背景，结合TJ车联网先导区“运营指导建设”的这一特色，重点研究了TJ车联网公司的商业模式，发现了TJ车联网公司现有商业模式存在的问题，运用商业模式画布对TJ车联网公司商业模式进行分析，最终构建出“一体两翼一中心”商业模式组合创新方案。即以车联网投资为主体，以车联网建设和车联网运营为两翼，以车联网创新为中心。使得各业务模块既有独立的商业模式，各公司之间又存在着紧密的联系。通过对TJ国家级车联网先导区及TJ车联网公司的研究，提示相关管理者不仅重视资源盘活，还要思考进一步带动产业升级。
英文摘要：	The advent of the Internet of things era, under the influence of 5g, artificial intelligence, big data analysis and other new information and communication technologies, has triggered the deep integration of traditional automobile and intelligent manufacturing.?In particular, it has formed the integration of automobile, communication technology, artificial intelligence and other fields.?In the era of Internet of things +, "vehicle, road, cloud, network and map" are the core elements to build the Internet of vehicles. On the basis of single vehicle intelligence, automatic driving technology can be effectively connected with intelligent transportation through v2x vehicle road coordination.?The deployment of the Internet of vehicles is accelerating all over the world.?The Chinese government has also raised the deployment of the Internet of vehicles to a national strategic level.?A total of four national vehicle networking pilot areas have been approved nationwide, and the pilot projects have been carried out in the aspects of road end construction, standard verification, evaluation system construction, scene innovation, operation mode, etc. TJ vehicle networking pilot area has the characteristics of "operation guidance construction". The construction of Internet of vehicles needs to be realized through government platform enterprises.?Traditional government platform enterprises often only pay attention to construction, do not pay attention to operation, or pay attention to operation and do not pay attention to resource revitalization.?In view of this phenomenon, the author takes TJ national car networking pilot area and TJ car networking industry platform company as the research background, combined with the characteristics of "operation guidance and construction" of TJ car networking pilot area, focuses on the business model of TJ car networking company, finds the problems existing in the existing business model of TJ car networking company, and uses the business model canvas to analyze the business model of TJ car networking company,?Finally, a combination innovation scheme of "one body, two wings and one center" business model is constructed.?That is, take the investment in the Internet of vehicles as the main body, the construction and operation of the Internet of vehicles as the two wings, and the innovation of the Internet of vehicles as the center.?So that each business module has an independent business model, and there is a close relationship between companies.?Through the research on TJ national car networking pilot area and TJ car networking company, it is suggested that relevant managers not only pay attention to resource revitalization, but also think about further driving industrial upgrading.
