中文摘要：	我国的搏击产业从1994年诞生以来，经历28年的发展，已经逐渐成为了我国体育产业新的增长点。然而，作为搏击产业的主要经营单位搏击俱乐部的发展状况并没有那么顺利。搏击运动目前在我国是小众运动，相应搏击产业规模小，没有大型的头部运营方，主要经营者都是员工数不超过十人的搏击俱乐部，想要扩大市场必须依靠大量资金对产业进行整合。然而受限于搏击俱乐部自身和外部的诸多因素限制，当前搏击产业的融资情况并不理想。 本文以JT搏击俱乐部为研究对象，在对融资相关理论以及相关文献进行梳理与总结的基础上，首先对JT俱乐部的经营现状以及财务状况进行了分析，并从留存收益、银行借款、风险投资三个方面对俱乐部的融资现状进行探讨，从俱乐部经营与发展两方面对融资需求进行分析，由此发现JT搏击俱乐部的融资中存在以内源融资为主渠道窄、自筹融资能力弱的内部融资问题以及股权融资、债权融资困难，外源融资不足导致融资结构不合理的外部融资问题。之后，从俱乐部自身与俱乐部外部两个方面对问题原因进行探讨，自身原因包括：经营上的高风险、管理能力缺陷、赛事质量低、可担保资产占比小，外部原因包括：信息不对称屏障、商业银行运作机制制约、政策扶持力不足等。最后，以相关融资理论为参考，结合内外部融资问题，以及外部的政策环境与行业环境，从创新内源融资方式、加强财务管理能力、优化留存收益、提高产品质量、建立融资决策机制、扩展融资渠道、争取政策支持等方面提出了解决JT搏击俱乐部内部融资问题与外部融资问题的优化对策。本文的研究一方面希望能对JT俱乐部的经营方式和融资方式进行指导，为之后的融资活动提供具体对策，从而提高企业盈利能力，另一方面也希望能够对搏击产业中其他的从业人员所面对的类似问题起到参考作用，为搏击行业普遍存在的融资问题提供帮助。
英文摘要：	Since its birth in 1994, China's kick-boxing industry has gradually become a new growth point of China's sports industry after 28 years of development. However, as the main business unit of the kick-boxing industry, the development of the kick-boxing club is not so smooth. At present, the kick-boxing sport is a niche sport in China. The corresponding kick-boxing industry is small in scale, and there is no large head operator. The main operators are kick-boxing clubs with no more than ten employees. If you want to expand the market, you must rely on a large amount of funds to integrate the business status of the industry. However, limited by the kick-boxing club itself and many external factors, the current financing situation of the industry is not ideal Taking JT kick-boxing club as the research object, on the basis of combing and summarizing financing related theories and relevant literature, this thesis firstly analyzes the operating status and financial status of JT Club and discusses the financing status of the club from three aspects of retained earnings, bank loan and venture investment. From the analysis of the financing needs of club operation and development, it is found that the financing of JT kick-boxing Club has internal financing problems, such as narrow channels of internal financing and weak self-financing ability, and external financing problems, such as difficulties in equity financing and debt financing, unreasonable financing structure caused by insufficient external financing. Then the reasons for the problems are discussed from the two aspects of the club itself and the club outside. Its own reasons include: high risk in operation, defects in management ability, low quality of events, small proportion of guaranteed assets; external reasons include: information asymmetry barrier, restriction of commercial banks' operation mechanism, insufficient policy support, etc. Finally, with relevant financing theories as reference, combined with internal and external financing issues, as well as external policy environment and industry environment, this thesis puts forward the optimization countermeasures to solve the internal and external financing problems of JT kick-boxing Club from the aspects of innovating internal financing methods, strengthening financial management ability, optimizing retained earnings, improving product quality, establishing financing decision-making mechanism, expanding financing channels, and striving for policy support. On the one hand, the research of this thesis hopes to guide the operation mode and financing mode of JT club and provide specific countermeasures for subsequent financing activities, so as to improve the profitability of enterprises. On the other hand, it also hopes to play a reference role in the similar problems faced by other employees in the kick-boxing industry and provide help for the common financing problems in the kick-boxing industry.
