中文摘要:? 供应链金融是改善实体企业尤其是中小型实体企业融资难、融资贵问题的有效模式。近年来,中国人民银行等多家部委连续出台文件,约束和促进供应链金融业务。现阶段供应链金融越来越被市场重视和选择,已逐步呈现场景化、数字化的特征。从现有学术研究的成果来看,对于传统商业银行如何更好地与产业金融结合,发挥资金优势,实现金融对产业价值的正反馈,此类研究相对滞后。在该领域的深入研究,有利于传统商业银行加快在面对产业金融数字化浪潮的服务模式和业务模式变革,促进商业银行在运营管理、市场拓展、业务方案创新、人才管理模式以及风控管理模式等方面的优化和创新,进而有利于商业银行加大对小微企业融资的支持力度,具有重要的理论和实践意义。 ? 本文共分为六个章节,通过案例分析的研究方法,将理论与实践结合,系统性地分析论证了现阶段存在的问题并提出相关优化建议。第一章主要阐述论文的研究背景、选题意义、相关文献综述、论文结构与创新;第二章对本文涉及的相关理论做了总结和回顾;第三章主要阐述Z银行供应链金融业务的发展现状,并选取供应链金融赛道上的典型机构,将其特点、展业模式与Z银行供应链金融进行对比分析;第四章主要阐述Z银行在供应链金融业务方面存在的问题并对产生原因作出总结和分析;第五章基于上述问题,提出了包括提升数字化金融业务的战略定位和资源配置、加强中台建设与行业认知能力、推广项目制作业模式、设立法人主体直销银行实现风险隔离和业务差异化的优化措施;第六章是结论与展望部分,概括了本文的研究成果,并对未来传统商业银行如何更好地参与供应链金融进行了展望。 ? 供应链金融既是我国实体经济发展的重要助力,也是未来商业银行批量获取优质资产的重要阵地。在这样的形势下,本文以国内具有代表性的商业银行作为研究对象,结合实践分析商业银行经营现状与行业趋势的差异,探讨如何打破传统经营机制和风控理念的束缚,与产业链共同发展,拥抱产业数字金融的浪潮,在新趋势下勇立潮头,这既是Z银行面临的富有挑战性的改革,也是我国传统金融机构自我革新的良好切入点。 
英文摘要:? Supply chain finance (SCF) is an effective way to solve the financing difficulties which small entities face. Recently, PBC and other national ministries, issued the opinions on standardizing the development of SCF to support the optimization of the industry chain. At this stage, SCF is being valued by the market as never before. However, study on how commercial banks can better integrate with industrial finance, take advantage of capital and realize the positive feedback is relatively lagging. In-depth research in this field will help commercial banks accelerate the transformation of their service when face the digital wave of industrial finance. It can also improve efficiency for commercial banks to support micro and small businesses financing, which has very important theoretical and practical significance. ? This thesis is divided into six chapters. It develops the argument systematically and comprehensively by using standardized research methods, supplemented by cases and examples and combining theory with practice. Chapter 1 introduces the background, framework, methods and innovation. Chapter 2 reviews related theories. Chapter 3 elaborates the development status of Z Bank’s supply chain, selects 3 representative institutions, and compares their business models and operation principles with Z bank. Chapter 4 analyzes existing problems of Z Bank, and analyses the reasons of the problems. According to above analysis, chapter 5 puts forward optimization suggestions to enhance competitiveness, including optimizing digital financial products, building better risk control systems, strengthening middle-ground department construction and industry awareness, as well as setting up direct sales banks to achieve differentiated complementarity. Chapter 6 sums up the full paper and looks ahead, showing how commercial banks can better participate in SCF in the future. ? SCF is not only an important boost to the development of economy, but also an important business for commercial banks to obtain high-quality assets. Under the new situation, how to break the original rules, make the business grow with the industrial ecology, which is an important topic to commercial banks.
