中文摘要：	全面预算管理在现代企业中占有举足轻重的地位，作为企业进行信息化管理的一种重要手段和工具，全面预算管理是实现企业的运营控制和业绩评价的基础。信息化的快速发展，传统的预算管理方式已经不能很好地适应企业的需要。ERP的应运而生以及在企业信息化进程中的广泛运用，为实现信息化的预算管理奠定了良好的基础。 SAP作为专门为企业设计的ERP软件，在经过了多年的发展优化后，成功地从各ERP软件中崭露头角。随着建筑企业活动的日趋多样，活动内容逐渐丰富，建筑施工企业的预算工作也变得更加复杂，这不仅增加了建筑企业预算工作的挑战性，并在一定程度上将降低了其全面预算管理的效率和质量。在当前使用SAP的经济环境下，建筑施工企业面临的主要问题之一是要高能高速地进行全面预算管理，以提高企业全面预算管理的效率和水平。本文以施工企业Z公司为例，对施工企业在SAP系统环境下的全面预算管理展开了问题分析。Z公司于2019年成功引入了SAP系统，在连续三年的运行过程中，SAP系统有效地为Z公司完成了日常工作。然而，Z公司的全面预算管理仍然存在一定的问题和缺陷，因此，本论文以SAP为基础，对Z公司的全面预算管理进行了优化研究。本论文从预算编制、预算执行和控制、预算考核和激励三个方面着手，对Z公司实施全面预算管理进行了优化，解决Z公司在全面预算管理过程中存在的问题。希望通过本文的论述能够帮助建筑施工企业更好地实施SAP系统技术，并在日常的全面预算管理中得到高效的应用。同时，也希望为SAP系统环境下的建筑施工企业的全面预算管理提供一些思考和借鉴。
英文摘要：	Totalbudget management occupies a pivotal position in modern enterprises. As an important tool for information management, it is the basis for operational control and performance evaluation. With the rapid development of information technology, the traditional budget management method is not well adapted to the needs of enterprises, and the emergence of ERP and its extensive use in the process of enterprise information technology has laid a good foundation for the realization of information-based budget management. SAP software, as an ERP software specially designed for enterprises, has successfully emerged from various ERP software after years of development and optimization. As the activities of construction enterprises become more and more diverse and their activities are gradually enriched, the budget work of construction enterprises has become more complex, which not only increases the challenge of the budget work of construction enterprises, and to a certain extent will reduce the efficiency and quality of their total budget management. In the current economic environment of using SAP, one of the main problems faced by the building construction enterprises to carry out comprehensive budget management in a high energy and high speed to improve the efficiency and level of comprehensive budget management of the enterprises. This paper presents a problem analysis of the total budget management of construction companies in the SAP system environment, taking Company Z, a construction company, as an example.Company Z successfully introduced the SAP system in 2019, and during its three consecutive years of operation, the SAP system has effectively completed its daily work for Company Z. However, there are still certain problems and defects in the total budget management of Company Z. Therefore, this dissertation uses SAP as the basis to optimize the total budget management of Company Z. This thesis optimizes the implementation of total budget management in Company Z from three aspects: budget preparation, budget execution and control, and budget assessment and incentive. The problems in the process of total budget management in Company Z are solved. It is hoped that the text will help building construction companies to better implement SAP system technology and to efficiently apply it in their daily total budget management. At the same time, we hope to provide some thoughts and references for the total budget management of building construction enterprises in the SAP system environment.
