中文摘要：	我国经济发展方向已转向高质量发展阶段，加之国内外市场竞争日益激励，需要创新来驱动发展，因而增加了知识产权行业的曝光度和关注度，也带来了许多不确定性。知识产权代理机构作为专业服务性行业企业其自身质量管理水平的高低，很大程度上影响着企业生存与发展的走向，也关乎能否助推地区经济快速发展的结果。因此，知识产权代理机构必须重视并持续做好质量管理。 本文以ZK公司为研究对象，就公司质量问题进行研究和探讨，分析该公司质量管理问题的成因，并提出质量改进建议和实施保障措施，目的是希望提升ZK公司的质量管理水平，从而为该公司持续发展提供有力的支撑和保障。首先，本论文对ZK公司质量管理问题的研究背景和研究意义做了阐述，并说明了本文的研究的范围方法与研究的内容和框架。通过对相关概念和理论的说明，结合国内外质量管理研究现状的总结评述，为本文论奠定理论基础。其次，通过对ZK公司质量管理现状的系统分析，总结归纳出ZK公司在质量管理制度与流程、质量管理部门自身问题和质量意识与文化方面存在的具体质量管理问题，并进一步挖掘与分析以上问题背后所形成的原因。再次，结合国内外先进的质量管理理论，依据质量管理体系标准条款等内容，针对ZK公司质量问题的成因逐一提出有针对性的改进意见和方法：充分利用质量管理制度与流程两个抓手、提升质量管理水平与管理人员综合能力、发挥质量文化熏陶与绩效激励作用。最后，根据前文的改进方案提出相应的实施保障措施，并回顾和总结全文。 本论文希望为ZK公司的质量管理提供改进的思路，与此同时，也希望能够为身处类似管理困境或有相似质量问题的企业就如何进行质量管理改进提供一些借鉴与参考。
英文摘要：	The direction of China's economic development has shifted to the stage of high-quality development, coupled with the increasingly competitive domestic and international markets, which require innovation to drive development, thus increasing the exposure and attention of the intellectual property industry and bringing many uncertainties. As a professional service industry enterprise, the IP agency's own quality management level largely affects the survival and development of the enterprise, and also depends on whether it can help promote the rapid development of the regional economy. Therefore, intellectual property agencies must pay attention to and continue to do a good job of quality management. This thesis takes ZK Company as the research object, studies and discusses the quality problems of the company, analyzes the causes of the quality management problems of the company, and proposes quality improvement suggestions and implementation of guarantee measures, with the aim of improving the quality management level of ZK Company, so as to provide strong support and guarantee for the sustainable development of the company. Firstly, this thesis explains the research background and research significance of quality management problems in ZK Company, and explains the scope methodology and the content and framework of the research of this thesis. Through the explanation of relevant concepts and theories, combined with the summary review of the current status of quality management research at home and abroad, the theoretical foundation for this thesis is laid. Secondly, through the systematic analysis of the current situation of quality management in ZK, the specific quality management problems of ZK in terms of quality management system and process, quality management department's own problems and quality awareness and culture are summarized and summarized, and the reasons behind the above problems are further explored and analyzed. Again, based on the advanced quality management theories at home and abroad, and based on the quality management system standard clauses, we propose targeted improvement suggestions and methods for the causes of quality problems in ZK Company: making full use of the two grasps of quality management system and process, improving the level of quality management and the comprehensive ability of management personnel, and playing the role of quality culture inculcation and performance incentive. Finally, according to the previous improvement plan, the corresponding implementation guarantee measures are proposed, and the whole thesis is reviewed and summarized. This thesis hopes to provide ideas for the improvement of quality management in ZK, and at the same time, it also hopes to provide some reference for companies in similar management dilemma or with similar quality problems on how to carry out quality management improvement.
