中文摘要: 近年来,信息技术已渗透到各行各业中,制造业始终是中国的经济的支柱产业,而医药行业也一直是关乎国计民生的特殊行业,它保障着人民大众的身体健康、有助于改善生存品质和增强自身素质,又是推动经济社会发展的关键保障,因此数字化转型是医药生产制造企业的努力发展建设制造强国、实现高质量发展经济的关键路径。在现阶段供应链的整体链条中,前端消费者领域、中端供应商、品牌等领域数字化转型已经趋于成熟,但在生产制造领域的优化仍在进行之中,仓储物流服务能力的数字化仍有待提升,仓库这个环节连接着生产车间和消费者,起着纽带和桥梁的作用,也成为整条物流供应链中生产和销售衔接的主要环节。 现代企业间不只是新技术和新产业的竞争激烈,更是供应链管理水平高低的竞争,仓储物流的作业效率直接会影响到客户的满意度,对仓储管理提出了更高的要求。本文以T医药公司仓储管理为研究对象,分析了T公司仓储运营的现状及存在的问题,归纳出主要的三点:发货预测不准备无法辅助决策;仓储设备不智能作业效率低下;区域划分不明显货位分配少。面对激烈的市场竞争,需要不断优化流程,降本增效。在公司数字化转型的背景之下,对仓储进行智能化管理,在组织、文化与资源方面给予保障,以此来加快推动T医药公司数字化转型的进程步伐。 企业应从数字时代可持续竞争合作优势出发,着眼于长期价值和绩效提升,构建战略蓝图和总体方法论,在此基础上以价值为导向,建立战略蓝图分解和落地执行过程中快速迭代创新和持续改进机制。本研究不仅可以为T医药公司的数字化转型提供借鉴和支持,也可以为相同行业背景或模式企业一些理论支撑和实践指导。 
英文摘要: In recent years, information technology has penetrated into all walks of life. The manufacturing industry has always been the pillar industry of China's economy, and the pharmaceutical industry has always been a special industry related to the national economy and people's livelihood. It protects the health of the people and helps improve survival. Quality and enhancing one's own quality are also the key guarantees for promoting economic and social development. Therefore, digital transformation is the key path for pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises to strive to develop and build a strong manufacturing country and achieve high-quality economic development. In the overall chain of the supply chain at this stage, the digital transformation of front-end consumers, mid-end suppliers, brands and other fields has become mature, but the optimization in the field of manufacturing is still in progress, and the digitalization of warehousing and logistics service capabilities is still in progress. To be improved, the link of the warehouse connects the production workshop and consumers, plays the role of a link and a bridge, and has also become the main link between production and sales in the entire logistics supply chain. The competition among modern enterprises is not only the fierce competition of new technologies and new industries, but also the competition of the level of supply chain management. The operation efficiency of warehousing and logistics will directly affect the satisfaction of customers, which puts forward higher requirements for warehouse management. This paper takes the warehouse management of T pharmaceutical company as the research object, analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the warehouse operation of T company, and summarizes the main three points: the delivery forecast is not ready to assist decision-making; the storage equipment is not intelligent and the operation efficiency is low; regional division It is not obvious that the allocation of cargo spaces is small. In the face of fierce market competition, it is necessary to continuously optimize the process to reduce costs and increase efficiency. Under the background of the company's digital transformation, intelligent management of warehousing is carried out, and guarantees are given in terms of organization, culture and resources, so as to accelerate the pace of the digital transformation of T Pharma. Enterprises should start from the advantages of sustainable competition and cooperation in the digital age, focus on long-term value and performance improvement, and build a strategic blueprint and an overall methodology. On this basis, value-oriented, establish a strategic blueprint decomposition and rapid iterative innovation and continuous improvement in the implementation process mechanism. This research can not only provide reference and support for the digital transformation of T pharmaceutical companies, but also provide some theoretical support and practical guidance for companies with the same industry background or model.
