| 中文摘要: | 随着大数据、云计算、区块链、人工智能等新技术的广泛应用,人类社会的经济和商业模式正在悄然发生深刻变化,“互联网+”经济异军突起,我们不可逆转的迈入了数字经济的新时代。金融与科技的互动越来越频繁,融合不断深化,催生了一种新的业务形态——数字金融服务,这对传统商业银行的经营理念和服务模式产生了颠覆性的影响。面对互联网金融的强势崛起和同业竞争的日益加剧,如何顺势谋变,以数字化转型重塑核心竞争力成为当下商业银行躲不开、绕不过、亟待解决应对的重大课题。此外自2019年以来的新冠疫情黑天鹅事变也对商业银行的日常经营形成了不小的冲击,疫情防控的政策要求下,“足不出户”实现金融消费的便捷型金融服务需求也让更多商业银行看到了未来金融服务的方向。如果说在疫情之前商业银行还在将数字化转型看成是一道选择题的话,那现在无疑已经成了一道必答题。自2018年全行数字化转型工作开展以来,A银行海南分行一直致力于打造“一流客户体验的智能银行、“三农”领域最好的数字生态银行”的数字化转型目标。本文通过对A银行海南分行数字化转型工作进行全方位分析,研究了金融科技背景下,该行数字化转型的具体策略和实施保障相关问题。 本文主要采用文献理论归纳和实际案例分析相结合的研究方法,研究从理论阐释层面上看,综合运用了PEST、波特五力模型以及SWOT等其他商业分析工具,系统地回答了A银行海南分行数字化转型要不要做,能不能做以及应该采用什么样的战略去做的问题。研究从实践应用意义上来看,着重于该银行要选择以什么样的策略路径和方式实现业务经营的数字化转型以及如何着力保障和落实相关的支持措施才能更好实现理论战略指导下的数字化转型效果。具体而言,首先通过PEST和波特五力模型工具,剖析了A银行海南分行经营转型所面临的各类环境要素,为其数字化转型策略的制定提供方向性参考。接着对A银行海南分行目前的数字化转型探索的现状和面临的挑战进行了研究和归纳,再通过SWOT分析,全面剖析A银行海南分行数字化转型工作所面临的优势、机遇、劣势和威胁并据此制定出其应采用的转型发展战略以及转型工作的具体定位和目标。在此研究基础上提出了A银行海南分行实施战略目标的具体策略以及保障措施。本文研究认为,金融科技背景下的商业银行数字化转型是大势所趋,A银行海南分行在把准转型定位和目标基础上,要通过充分发挥其现有数字业管平台作用、全面构建数字化智慧营销体系、强化重点领域的生态场景建设以及提升内外部数据分析应用能力等策略驱动其数字化转型工作的提质增效,同时也要通过建立敏捷性组织和敏捷性机制、健全数据治理和数字化风险防控体系和强化专业人才培育和激励机制为其策略的实施保驾护航。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the widespread application of new technologies such as big data, cloud computing, 5G, blockchain, and artificial intelligence, the economy and business model of human society are quietly undergoing profound changes. The "Internet Plus" economy has emerged as a new force, and we have irreversibly entered a new era of digital economy. The increasingly frequent interaction and deepening integration between finance and technology have spawned new forms of digital financial services, which have formed a subversive impact on the business philosophy and service mode of traditional commercial banks. In the face of the strong rise of Internet finance and the increasing intensification of industry competition, how to adapt to the trend of change and reshape the core competitiveness through digital transformation has become a major issue that commercial banks cannot avoid and cannot avoid and urgently need to deal with. In addition, the black Swan incident of COVID-19 since 2019 has also had a big impact on the daily operation of commercial banks. Under the requirements of epidemic prevention and control policies, more commercial banks have seen the direction of future financial services because of the demand for convenient financial services to achieve financial consumption "at home". If digital transformation was an option for commercial banks before the pandemic, it is now a must. Since the launch of bank-wide digital transformation in 2018, Bank A Hainan Branch has been committed to creating "A smart bank with first-class customer experience and the best digital ecological bank in the field of" agriculture, rural areas and farmers "as its goal of digital transformation. Through A comprehensive analysis of the digital transformation work of A Bank Hainan Branch, this paper studies the specific strategies and implementation guarantee related issues of the bank's digital transformation under the background of fintech. This article mainly USES the theory of literature and combining actual case analysis research method, research from the level of explaining the theory, the integrated use of PEST, porter five models, and business analysis tools such as SWOT, answered A hainan branch of bank A digital transformation system do you want to do, can do and what kind of strategy should be used to do. From the perspective of practical application, the research focuses on what kind of strategic path and way the bank should choose to realize the digital transformation of business operation and how to guarantee and implement relevant support measures to better realize the effect of digital transformation under the guidance of theoretical strategy.
