| 中文摘要: | 随着大数据时代的来临、消费群体的变化、消费理念的更新和购买力的日益增强,消费环境及消费者对零售业态的要求也在逐步提高,因此连锁超市零售业态的变革升级已势在必行。面对新零售模式下行业格局的变化,环境应对也对作为提升企业竞争力之一的企业学习和发展提出了新的要求,员工培训也随之成为企业至关重要的管理手段。 本文重点围绕传统连锁超市企业在新零售背景下的管理创新和转型升级,贴合企业战略发展与经营需求,从企业培训系统架构设计与训练内容优化提升的新视角,深入剖析C连锁超市公司(以下简称“C公司”)的培训设计与管理情况,同时充分借助培训管理相关理论,提出了具有针对性与科学性的改进对策。论文重点研究内容包括:首先,梳理相关概念与基础理论,明确研究内容及重点,而后通过调查研究的方法,针对C公司培训现状展开调查,并基于调查结果归纳培训体系存在问题,最终提出具体改进对策及进一步落实的保障措施。 针对C公司培训体系存在问题,本文得出如下结论:C公司需要运用业态转型格局重新定位培训战略、树立培训投资观念,营造学习共享以及终身学习的组织文化;建立更加完善的培训运营机制,包括更加深入的培训需求分析、更加完善的培训资源配置、更加贴合实际的培训内容设计以及更加多元化的培训模式拓展;同时,还需要通过优化培训考核及评估流程并营造有利于培训成果转化的组织环境来提高知识与技能的迁移和转化程度。希望本文能够帮助企业在担忧过度培训与新零售背景下员工迫切发展的矛盾中寻求平衡,最终高效执行培训活动从而为企业赋能。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the advent of the era of big data, the change of consumer groups, the renewal of consumption ideas and the increasing purchasing power, the consumption environment and consumers' requirements for retail formats are also gradually improving. Therefore, it is imperative to reform and upgrade the retail formats of chain supermarkets. Facing the changes of the industry pattern under the new retail mode, environmental response also puts forward new requirements for the learning and development of enterprises as one of the ways to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,and employee training has also become a vital management means of enterprises. This thesis focuses on the management innovation, transformation and upgrading of traditional supermarket chain enterprises under the new retail background, fits the strategic development and business needs of enterprises, deeply analyzes the training design and management of C chain supermarket company(hereinafter referred to as “C company”) from the new perspective of enterprise training system architecture design and training content optimization and improvement, and puts forward targeted and scientific improvement countermeasures with the full help of relevant theories of training management. The key research contents of this thesis include: firstly, sort out the relevant concepts and basic theories, and clarify the research content and focus. Then, through the method of investigation and research, this thesis investigates the current training situation of C company, summarizes the existing problems of the training system based on the investigation results, and finally puts forward specific improvement countermeasures and further implementation guarantee measures. In view of the problems existing in the training system of company C, this thesis draws the following conclusions: Company C needs to use the pattern of business transformation to reposition the training strategy, establish the concept of training investment, and create an organizational culture of learning sharing and lifelong learning; Establish a more perfect training operation mechanism, including more in-depth training demand analysis, more perfect training resource allocation, more practical training content design and more diversified training mode expansion; At the same time, we also need to improve the transfer and transformation of knowledge and skills by optimizing the training assessment and evaluation process and creating an organizational environment conducive to the transformation of training results. It is hoped that this thesis can help enterprises find a balance between worrying about the contradiction between over training and the urgent development of employees in the context of new retail, and finally effectively implement training activities, so as to empower enterprises. | |
