中文摘要：	我国云计算行业在经济增长和产业转型的推动下进入了快速发展阶段，云计算企业提高科技研发能力、扩大产业规模已经刻不容缓。资金是企业快速发展的助推剂，对于云计算企业而言尤为如此。然而，由于云计算行业具有资金投入高、回收周期长的特性，融资贵、融资难的问题在云计算企业中普遍存在，已经成为制约云计算企业快速发展，甚至制约整个云计算行业健康成长的关键因素。对于脱离母公司独立经营的云计算企业而言，融资问题更是会关系到企业的生死存亡。通过国内外融资理论以及融资实践可以发现，改善资本结构、拓宽融资渠道、加强企业内部融资管理，是提升企业融资能力，解决企业融资问题的有效途径。 　　本文以ZL公司为研究对象，通过收集、整理、分析ZL公司的相关资料，对ZL公司的融资现状做了深入的研究和分析，发现ZL公司存在过度负债，授信情况恶化，对短期债权融资依赖性强，融资成本高且融资风险大的问题，导致这些问题的成因包括公司业务发展较为激进，融资担保能力受限，融资策略偏激和融资管理粗放。然后，针对ZL公司存在的融资问题，通过SWOT分析方法确立了解决问题的思路，以融资相关理论为指导，结合当前ZL公司的经营特点，为ZL公司制定了应对策略，认为公司应当通过引入风险资本来调整债务比重并提高担保能力，拓宽融资渠道，通过创业板上市来开辟股权融资渠道，并通过加快非主营业务资产的处置来充实自有资金，并加强公司的融资管理以解决融资成本高和融资风险大的问题。 　　本文旨在通过对ZL公司经营活动以及融资方式的研究探讨，帮助ZL公司提高融资能力，解决融资问题，从而促进ZL公司的长远健康发展。同时，也期望能够对云计算行业的同类型企业破解融资困境有所助益。
英文摘要：	Driven by economic growth and industrial transformation, China's cloud computing industry has entered a stage of rapid growth. It is urgent for cloud computing enterprises to improve R & D capacity and increase scale. It is known that capital is a booster for the rapid growth of enterprises, especially for upstream enterprises of the cloud computing industry chain. However, due to high capital investment and long recovery cycle, financing difficulties are common for the cloud computing enterprises, which has become a key factor restricting the growth of the cloud computing industry. For cloud computing enterprises operating independently from their parent company, financing could be a matter of life and death. Throughout the research on domestic and foreign financing theory and practice, it can be found that optimizing capital structure, broadening financing channels, and strengthen the management of company finance are effective methods for enterprises to improve financing ability and solve financing problems. 　　Taking ZL company as the research object, the thesis undertakes an in-depth research and analysis on the financing status of ZL company by collecting and analyzing the internal data of the company. Throughout the research, over-indebtedness, shrinking bank credit, over reliance on bank deposits, high financial costs and financial risks are found in the current financing status of ZL company. The causes behind these problems include radical development, limited financing guarantee, radical financing strategy and poor financing management. Under the guidance of financing theories, the thesis offers solutions to solve the financing problems, based on a solid analysis through the SWOT analysis method and the financing characteristics of ZL company. To solve the problems, ZL company needs to adjust the proportion of debt and improve guarantee ability by introducing venture capital, obtain access to equity financing by listing on GEM, enrich internal funds by the disposal of non-essential assets, and lower financing costs and risks by improving financial management. 　　The thesis aims to solve financing problems for ZL company, in order to ensure the long-term development of ZL company. At the same time, it is also expected to help the cloud computing industry solve financing dilemmas.
