中文摘要:自2013年提出“一带一路国家顶层合作倡议”以来,中国海外EPC工程项目投资数量呈现快速增长的趋势。近年来,随着《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》和《中欧投资协定》的签署,“一带一路”国际合作已经显示出了强大的生机与活力。海外EPC工程承包项目数量的持续增长,为中国工程承包企业提供了广阔的市场,带来了良好的发展机遇。然而在中国企业开拓新市场的同时,中国工程企业在海外市场也面临着外资的激烈竞争。在此背景下,被称为“第三利润源”的工程物流也正在变得越来越重要,开始受到工程项目各个相关方的重点关注。 和传统生产物流相比较,工程物流在运行模式、选用设备、重点关注问题等方面存在独有的特点。它具有不可重复性、危险性、关键性、整体相关性等特点,这些特点决定了工程物流在每个作业环节都会有更多的风险,如何对工程的物流风险进行识别、评估和控制已经成为了至关重要的问题。 本文研究了海外EPC工程物流项目操作中的各种风险,以A公司在吉布提和埃塞俄比亚的项目为研究对象,先对EPC工程项目、工程物流、风险管理相关理论做了简介,并以B项目为载体,阐述了A公司在埃塞俄比亚工程物流项目现状,然后利用德尔菲法对A公司工程物流项目风险进行调查,识别出相应的风险因素。得到风险识别结果后,对于A公司工程物流项目的风险逐项做具体的解释,进而利用层次分析法对A公司工程物流项目风险进行评价,先计算出不同层级的风险因素的造成危害后果的权重关系,然后计算不同风险因素发生的概率,最后计算出不同的风险因素评价分数并且加以排序,并根据前文的计算结果,对引起风险的各个因素进行具体的探讨,提出了相应的减少相关风险的保障措施。  
英文摘要:Since the One Belt One Road Initiative was announced on 2013, Chinese overseas projects investment is rapidly increasing. With RECP and China-EU Investment Agreement officially signed,the One Belt One Road Initiative had proved its strong vitality. Those inspiring background providing splendid opportunities for Chinese EPC contractors. However, opening up overseas markets leads to the fierce competition with powerful global companies. The importance of EPC project logistics as the third profit source is increasing. All stakeholders begin to focus on the logistics risks of engineering projects. Compared with traditional production logistics, engineering logistics has unique characteristics in terms of operation mode, equipment selection, and key issues. It has the characteristics of non-repeatability, risky, criticality, and overall correlation. These characteristics determine that engineering logistics will have more risks in each operation section. How to identify, evaluate and control engineering logistics risks has become an important issue. This thesis studies various risks in the operation of overseas EPC engineering logistics projects. Taking the projects of A-company in Djibouti and Ethiopia as the research objects, it introduces the relevant theories of EPC engineering projects, engineering logistics and risk management, and takes project B as the research object. Expounds the current situation of A-company's engineering logistics project in Ethiopia, and then uses the Delphi method to investigate the risk of A-company's engineering logistics project and identify the corresponding risk factors. After obtaining the risk identification results, this thesis makes specific explanations for the risks of A-company's engineering logistics projects, and then use the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) to evaluate the risks of A-company's engineering logistics projects. The author calculates the weight of the consequences of risk factors at different levels, then calculates the probability of occurrence of different risk factors, and finally calculates the evaluation scores of different risk factors and arranged ranking. The factors are discussed in detail, and corresponding safeguard measures to reduce related risks are put forward.
