| 中文摘要: | 乡村是我国经济社会发展的重要领域,随着新时代社会主义现代化的快速发展,乡村建设不仅获得国家各种政策的支持和扶持,惠农富农力度也在不断加码,乡村的发展已然成为社会各方关注的焦点和热点。美丽乡村,是我国乡村建设发展的前景和未来,也是实现国家乡村振兴战略的重要举措。2021年,中央1号文件再次聚焦乡村建设发展,明确表明要加快美丽乡村建设;同年2月,我国成立国家乡村振兴局,再次彰显了国家对乡村建设发展的重视力度。 LN集团成立于2002年,是一家国资委管辖的中央企业,作为一家央企,积极响应国家乡村建设发展号召,充分研判乡村市场发展的空间与前景,在乡村领域实施战略发展布局,拓展延伸经营业务板块,结合自身发展实际,成立了LN美丽乡村生态公司。然而,随着大量鱼龙混杂的美丽乡村系列公司进入这一行业,如何制定适合自身发展的竞争战略,成为一个值得深入思考和研究的重要课题。 本文针对美丽乡村建设的竞争战略展开研究,以LN美丽乡村生态公司为例,对其发展现状深入研究,分析其面临的内外部竞争环境,发现并研究存在的主要问题。基于SWOT战略模型对公司所具备的优势、劣势、机会和威胁等方面展开论述,通过成本领先战略、集中化战略和差异化战略的可行性分析,再根据QSPM定量矩阵分析结果,最终选择了差异化竞争战略。 对于选择确定的最佳竞争战略,本文提出从三个方面开展差异化竞争战略的实施,并提出了相应保障举措。本文所分析研究的经验做法和差异化竞争战略方案,尤其是创新性提出的疫情期间美丽乡村生态公司采取的应对办法,不仅能为LN美丽乡村生态公司建设发展提供竞争战略指导,也能为我国其他同类型或相似的乡村生态公司提供一定的借鉴参考和思路指引作用。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Rural is an important field of China's economic and social development. With the rapid development of socialist modernization in the new era, rural construction has not only received the support and support of various national policies, but also the policy of benefiting and enriching farmers is constantly increasing. Rural development has become the focus and hot spot of all social parties. Beautiful countryside is not only the prospect and future of China's rural construction and development, but also an important measure to realize the National Rural Revitalization Strategy. In 2021, Central Document No. 1 again focused on rural construction and development, which clearly indicated that we should speed up the construction of beautiful countryside. In February of the same year, China established the National Rural Revitalization Bureau, which once again demonstrated the state's attention to rural construction and development. Founded in 2002, LN group is a central enterprise under the jurisdiction of SASAC. As a central enterprise, it actively responded to the national call for rural construction and development, fully studied and judged the space and Prospect of rural market development, realized the strategic development layout in the rural field, expanded and extended the business sector, and built and launched the LN beautiful rural ecology company in combination with its own development reality. However, with a large number of beautiful village series companies entering this industry, how to develop a competitive strategy suitable for their own development has become an important topic worthy of in-depth thinking and research. This paper studies the competitive strategy of beautiful rural construction, takes LN beautiful rural ecological company as an example, deeply analyzes its development status, analyzes its internal and external competitive environment, and finds and studies the main problems. Based on the SWOT strategy model, this paper discusses the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the company. Through the feasibility analysis of cost leading strategy, concentration strategy and differentiation strategy, and according to the QSPM quantitative matrix analysis results, the differentiated competition strategy is finally selected. For the selection of the best competitive strategy, this paper puts forward three aspects to carry out differentiated competitive strategy implementation, and put forward the corresponding guarantee measures. In this paper, the analysis and study the experience of practice and differentiation competitive strategy, especially innovative put forward during the outbreak of the beautiful rural ecological company to take measures to cope with the situation, not only can provide LN beautiful rural ecology company with competitive strategic guidance, but also provide some reference and train of thought guidance for other similar or similar rural ecological companies in China. | |
