中文摘要：	伴随着“互联网+”的浪潮，传统金融企业在向互联网金融逐渐转型。在为普通用户提供互联网金融服务的同时，企业内部的信息系统也在逐步升级，一些小型金融企业不完全依赖软件外包公司，而是采用自研方式进行金融业务软件的开发和交付，在这种背景下这些小型金融企业的自研软件质量面临巨大挑战。与此同时，金融科技的投入给企业带来了机遇，企业掌握金融基础核心技术，为业务运营和日常作业提供专业化、个性化软件支撑。因此开发团队在金融企业内部已然成为不可或缺的力量，与业务团队一同承担着金融科技的使命。 企业在自研金融业务软件系统时，需要将复杂的业务需求转化为软件需求，这就要求产品经理和开发团队保持密切而有效的沟通。本文以金融业务系统软件交付的功能为参照对象，通过对软件工程师进行问卷调查，收集金融软件业务需求数据，对需求沟通过程中所存在的问题做了深入的调研和分析，并依据相关沟通管理理论、流程管理理论、软件项目管理理论提出优化方案。文中在研究需求沟通问题时，分析了需求的沟通方式、沟通流程，以及软件工程师表现出的行为方面的原因，提出在需求沟通内容、沟通流程、沟通行为等方面的优化方案。同时，在组织、技术、人力资源等方面提出了保障措施，以确保优化方案的有效落地。 需求沟通贯穿整个软件开发过程，它已经成为开发经理和产品经理日常最基本和最频繁的工作之一，也是金融软件能够顺利开发和有效交付的保障之一。通过本文在沟通内容、流程、行为方面的研究能够为企业相关人员在需求沟通管理带来启示，也为软件开发项目科学管理发展增砖添瓦。
英文摘要：	With the tide of "Internet plus", traditional financial enterprises are gradually transforming to Internet finance. While providing internet financial services for ordinary users, the internal information system of enterprises is also gradually upgrading. Some small financial enterprises do not completely rely on software outsourcing companies, but use self-developed methods to develop and deliver financial business software. Under this background, the quality of self-developed software of these small financial enterprises is facing great challenges. At the same time, the investment in financial technology has brought opportunities to enterprises. Enterprises master the basic core technology of Finance and provide professional and personalized software support for business operation and daily operation. Therefore, the development team has become an indispensable force within the financial enterprise and undertakes the mission of financial technology together with the business team. When developing financial business software system, enterprises need to convert complex business requirements into software requirements, which requires product managers and development teams to maintain close and effective communication. Taking the function of financial business system software delivery as the reference object, this paper collects the financial software business requirements data through a questionnaire survey of software engineers, makes an in-depth investigation and Analysis on the problems existing in the requirements communication process, and puts forward the optimization scheme according to the relevant communication management theory, process management theory and software project management theory. When studying the problem of requirements communication, this paper analyzes the reasons of requirements communication mode, communication process, communication behavior and business knowledge experience of software engineers, and puts forward optimization schemes in requirements communication mechanism, communication behavior skills of software engineers and so on. At the same time, safeguard measures are put forward in terms of organization, technology and human resources to ensure the effective implementation of the optimization scheme. Requirements communication runs through the whole software development process. It has become one of the most basic and frequent daily work of development managers and product managers. It is also one of the guarantees for the smooth development and effective delivery of financial software. Through the research on communication content, process and behavior, this paper can not only bring enlightenment to the relevant personnel of enterprises in requirements communication management, but also contribute to the development of scientific management of software engineering.
