中文摘要：	化学试剂行业已成为当前社会经济发展中不可或缺的重要产业。改革开放以来，我国出台了一系列政策，鼓励化学品及下游相关产业发展。国内多家经营效益良好、资金实力雄厚的企业在高端化学试剂领域加大研发投入，打开行业壁垒，取得技术突破。我国在化学试剂的生产、贮藏、运输各个方面都设立了严格的规范，因此，我国化学试剂存货管理方面的成本居高不下，相关数据显示，化学试剂企业的平均库存成本占总资产的比重高达30%。对于中小民营化学试剂销售公司来讲，要想在化学试剂行业立于不败之地，公司迫切需要通过存货管理以降低库存，加速资金流转，降低企业运营成本，从而增加公司的核心竞争力。 本论文以A化学试剂销售公司为案例研究对象，结合国内外关于存货管理的相关理论，对A化学试剂销售公司的存货管理现状进行分析，以存货在供应链流转过程中的核心环节为研究主线，总结存货管理过程中存在的问题，并探讨问题产生的原因。在此基础上，考虑公司存货管理的外部环境，对A化学试剂销售公司存货管理问题上提出改进建议。本论文提出准零库存+供应商管理库存模式代替传统的存货管理模式，在采购环节优化需求预测，借助供应商管理库存降低库存水平；在保管环节优化ABC分类标准及管理制度提高内部管理水平；依托信息化共享平台降低销售退回率，明确存货责任认定，实现存货可追溯可追责的管理目标，从而降低存货管理成本。最后，根据建议在实施过程中可能会遇到的困难点，提出相应的保障措施，为公司与供应商建立长期合作关系并共同为客户提供优质的产品质量及服务水平提供保障。
英文摘要：	Chemical reagent industry has become an indispensable leading industry in the current social and economic development. Since the reform and opening up, China has issued a series of policies to encourage the development of chemicals and downstream related industries. A number of domestic enterprises with good operating efficiency and strong financial strength have increased r&d investment in the field of high-end chemistry, opened industry barriers and made technological breakthroughs. China has set strict standards in the production, storage and transportation of chemical reagents. Therefore, the cost of inventory management of chemical reagents in China remains high. Relevant data show that the inventory cost of chemical reagent enterprises accounts for up to 30%. For small and medium-sized private chemical reagent sales companies, in order to remain invincible in the chemical reagent industry, the company urgently needs inventory management to reduce inventory, accelerate capital flow, reduce operating costs, and thus increase the core competitiveness of the company. This dissertation through to A chemical reagent sales company as A case study object, combining the theory of domestic and foreign research on inventory management, inventory management of A chemical reagent sales company status quo analysis, to the core link in the process of inventory in the supply chain flow for the study of the main line, summarizes the problems existing in the inventory management process, and to explore the causes of the problem. Based on the research on the theoretical achievements of inventory management at home and abroad, combined with the external environment of the company's inventory management, the dissertation puts forward targeted suggestions for the improvement of the inventory management of A Chemical reagent sales company. This dissertation proposes a quasi-JIT+VMI model to replace the traditional inventory management model, optimize the demand forecast in the procurement link, and reduce the inventory level with the help of supplier managed inventory. Optimize ABC classification standard and management system in custody to improve the internal management level; Relying on the information sharing platform to reduce the sales return rate, make clear the identification of inventory responsibility, realize the management goal of inventory traceability and accountability, so as to reduce inventory management costs. Finally, according to the difficulties that may be encountered in the implementation process of the proposal, the corresponding safeguard measures are put forward to ensure that the company can establish long-term cooperative relationship with suppliers and jointly provide customers with high-quality product quality and service level.
