中文摘要：	自“十二五”计划以来，工业企业成为推动我国经济发展的攻坚力量。随着我国经济建设的持续进行，制造业高速发展，并拉动制造业中自动化、智能化技术应用的需求。工业企业中的自动化设备制造企业具有资本密集型和技术密集型的特征，其面临的筹资风险、投资风险、营运风险影响企业的生存发展和竞争能力。因此，探讨如何改善自动化设备制造企业的财务风险控制，具有一定的实践意义。 本文选取的W公司是一家自动化设备制造公司，其业务核心是研发、生产、销售变频器、伺服系统等品类的工业产品。本文以W公司作为研究对象，运用案例分析方法、数据分析方法、比较分析方法以及实地调研手段，基于现有理论，探究W公司财务风险控制的现状，分析其存在的问题同时提出对应的改善措施。 首先，本文在研究背景和意义中阐明自动化设备制造公司目前处在高速成长阶段。其次，在回顾国内外学者的文献以及梳理财务风险相关的理论基础上，通过案例分析法对W公司展开研究。本文概况介绍W公司的经营情况和人员构成，从筹资、投资、营运这三个方面评估公司目前存在的财务风险，分析W公司采取的财务风险控制措施，发现目前W公司在财务风险控制中存在的问题：财务风险控制环境上缺乏风险管理部门、财务预警机制，跨部门信息沟通不畅；筹资风险控制上筹资活动缺乏计划，筹资渠道单一；投资风险控制上投前审批和可行性研究不到位，投资过程缺乏动态反馈，投资预算管理未达预期效果；营运风险控制上缺乏对原材料成本的有效控制，应收账款管理不到位。最后，综合前述分析情况，对财务风险控制环境、筹资风险控制、投资风险控制、营运风险控制四方面提出优化策略，以期对公司的财务风险控制有所帮助，望为具有类似问题的自动化设备制造公司提供解决思路。
英文摘要：	Since the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan", industrial enterprises have become the driving force of China's economic development. As China's economic construction continues, the manufacturing industry is developing at a high speed, which is driving the demand for automation and intelligent technology applications in the manufacturing industry. The automation equipment manufacturing enterprises in industrial enterprises are capital-intensive and technology-intensive, and the financing risk, investment risk and operation risk they face affect the survival and development of enterprises and their competitiveness. Therefore, it is of practical significance to explore how to improve the financial risk control of automation equipment manufacturing enterprises. Company W, the company selected for this paper, is an automation equipment manufacturing company whose core business is the development, production, and sales of industrial products in categories such as inverters and servo systems. This paper takes Company W as the research object, uses case study method, data analysis method, comparative analysis method and field research means, based on the existing theory, to explore the current situation of financial risk control of Company W, analyze its problems and propose corresponding improvement measures. Firstly, this paper clarifies the background and significance of the study in that the automation equipment manufacturing company is currently in a high growth stage. Secondly, based on the review of domestic and foreign scholars' literature and the theories related to financial risk, the study of Company W is conducted through a case study method. This paper provides an overview of W's operation and personnel composition, assesses the current financial risks of the company from three aspects: financing, investment and operation, analyzes the financial risk control measures taken by W, and finds that there are problems in the financial risk control of W: lack of risk management department, financial early warning mechanism, and poor cross-departmental information communication in the financial risk control environment; In the field of financing risk control, there is lack of plans for financing activities and a single financing channel; In the field of investment risk control, pre-investment approval and feasibility study are not in place, the investment process lacks dynamic feedback, and the management of investment budget does not achieve the expected effect; In the field of operational risk control, there is no effective control of raw material cost and the management of accounts receivable is not in place. Finally, the aforementioned analysis is integrated to propose optimization strategies for financial risk control environment, financing risk control, investment risk control and operation risk control, in order to help the company's financial risk control and provide solutions for automation equipment manufacturing companies with similar problems.
