中文摘要：	近年来，信息技术的脱胎换骨带动着各行各业快速发展，促进商品制造以 及商品零售领域发生变革。随着外部环境的不断变化，新零售的发展使得零售 行业所面临的竞争和压力日益增大，而过去的零售模式已经无法满足当前市场 发展的形势。国内连锁零售企业大多是相对粗放的管理模式，在面对库存积压 等问题时很难灵活应对，于是面临利润降低、客流减少等问题。 Z超市是A省最有名的中型连锁超市，对当地经济发展有着巨大的带动作用， 所以从某种程度上来说，超市发展的局限性能够代表着当下部分行业的现状， 比方说在存货管理过程中所具有的缺陷。种种不足不利于Z超市进一步发展扩 大，继续向周边省市扩张，在市场竞争中占据高地。与此同时，国内现有的研 究中以连锁超市为研究对象的案例分析不多，本文希望可以为其他零售业相关 研究带来一定帮助。 本文基于对Z超市存货管理各个环节调查得到第一手数据，并且结合行业 巨头情况进行财务对比分析，调查和分析Z超市存货管理的现状和存货管理中 存在的不足。面对Z超市诸多的存货管理问题，比如说，缺乏采购预算管理、 存货盘点不到位、信息管理系统不完善、物流配送管理混乱等。结合当前实际 情况对存货管理提出相关建议。 由此看来，面对新零售行业和市场发展所带来的机会和挑战，Z超市需要 积极抓住市场实际进行改革和转型。Z超市应该从现有库存管理模式出发，引 入ABC分类管理法等理论工具，积极合理设置安全库存量、完善存货采购预算、 盘点制度规范化、优化供应链、构建自营物流体系，以此来达到控制成本、增 加经济收益、及提高行业竞争力的最终目标。最后也希望通过本文的研究，可 以加强Z超市对于存货管理的重视程度，将其作为核心变革内容之一，有利于 超市在零售业发展壮大。
英文摘要：	In recent years, the traditional retail industry has the rapid development. It is the manufacture of goods and the retail mode has been injected with new vitality.With this opportunity,the traditional retail industry has achieved brand-new development and changes in the fields of commodity manufacturing and commodity retailing. Most of the domestic chain retail companies have relatively extensive management models, and it is difficult to flexibly respond to problems such as inventory backlogs, so they face problems such as reduced profits and reduced passenger flow. Z Supermarket is the most famous large chain supermarket in A Province, which plays a huge role in the development of local economy. Therefore, the limitations of supermarket development can represent the current status of some industries, such as the defects in inventory management. All kinds of deficiencies are not conducive to the further development and expansion of Z Supermarket. At the same time, there are few case studies on chain supermarkets in existing domestic studies. This paper hopes to bring some help to other retail related studies. First-hand data is obtained based on the detailed investigation of each link of Z Supermarket’s inventory cost, and financial comparative analysis is carried out based on the situation of industry giants. The dissertation also summarized negative effects of the extensive inventory management model of Z supermarket. This dissertation is found that lean thinking can effectively solve the stock management problems of Z Supermarket. Z Supermarket should start from the existing inventory management model, introduce lean ideas and theoretical tools, actively build a lean logistics management system,actively optimize the supply chain, reduce costs, and enhance overall competitiveness.
