| 中文摘要: | 摘 要 LM公司风力机叶片(简称“LM叶片”)生产需要精益生产模式。从当前工业界领域来讲,精益生产是公认的一种最佳生产组织体系和模式。随着市场竞争的激烈化和经济的高速发展,企业内部深层次的改革,特别是内部制造系统的改革越来越受到企业的重视,并且企业力求把精益生产的理论与实践延伸至经营活动的全过程。本文从日本汽车制造业的生产模式入手进行分析研究,旨在找到适合中国LM公司叶片的生产组织模式,以解决其目前效率不佳和长远性管理深层次的问题,尽快实践并推广先进LM叶片精益生产管理思想,推进LM叶片生产模式的建立,转变LM公司目前落后的叶片生产模式,不断地改进和完善LM叶片生产过程,减少LM叶片生产中的浪费,从而达到缩短LM叶片生产周期、降低LM叶片生产成本、提高LM叶片生产质量的目的。 本文首先认真分析研究了LM叶片生产的管理现状和特点,指出了LM叶片的生产既有流水线生产的特征,又有加工车间的特征,同时还具有一般生产单位所不具有的特征,因此不能照搬一般企业的精益生产模式,必须结合LM叶片的生产特征进行研究,找出适合LM叶片生产的精益生产模式。同时指出了LM叶片进行精益生产的难点和重点。然后结合LM叶片生产的特点,构建了一套适合LM公司的叶片精益生产模式。重点从LM公司叶片生产的库存管理和控制、价值流分析以及如何保证精益生产的可靠性和持续性等方面进行论述。主要包括减少原材料的库存,利用LM叶片拉动式的计划体系减少成品库存,尽可能缩短LM叶片的模注生产周期,建立均衡有节拍的LM叶片生产系统,同时要建立和保持5S的管理系统。另外就如何保证精益生产的可靠性和持续性进行论述,包括质量防火墙的管理制度、标准化的作业模式和精益生产文化的建立和保持 。 最后本文对LM叶片的精益生产模式如何实施进行研究,建立LM叶片精益生产的评价标准,根据实际的试验实施结果,得出相关的评价中的指标数据,并与前期没有进行精益生产时的数据对比分析,对实施后的结果进行评价,肯定了LM叶片精益生产模式的有效性。 关键词: 风力机叶片 精益生产 模式构建 | |
| 英文摘要: | Abstract LM company wind turbine blade (LM blade for short) production requires a lean model. From the current field of the industrial , lean production is recognized as one of the best organization of production systems and methods. Today, with the intensification of market competition and the rapid economic development, internal manufacturing systems reform has been recognized by more and more enterprises , and they strive lean production theory and Practice to the whole process of business activities. This thesis starts the production mode of analysis from the Japanese manufacturing industry and try to find a Chinese suitable LM blade production organization model ,in order to solve current long-term and deep-seated inefficient management problems, it is recommended to disseminate and practice the advanced LM blade lean production management thinking as soon as possible, to promote the creation of modernization of LM blade production model, to transform the LM blade production model . To constantly improve and perfect the LM blade manufacturing process and reduce the waste in production of LM blade , So we can shorten the LM blade production cycles time, reduce production costs, improve the quality of LM blade . First of all, the thesis studies and analyzes the LM blade production management status and characteristics ,points out LM blade production has characteristics of line production and manufacturing workshop, and another characteristics, points out the difficulties , emphasis for LM blade lean production .Then, combining the characteristics of LM blade production ,this thesis builds a set of suitable LM blade lean production model , and research especially inventory management and control about production of LM blade, value stream analysis, and how to ensure the reliability and sustainability, including the reduction of raw materials inventory and LM blade pull-style planning system to reduce finished goods inventory, and how to short LM blade injection cycle time as possible as, how to establish a balanced rhythm of the LM blade with production systems, and how to establish and maintain 5S management system . In addition, this thesis researches how to ensure the reliability and sustainability of lean production, including the quality of the firewall management system, standardizing operating model, establishing and maintaining lean production culture . Finally, this thesis researches how to implement LM blade lean production model, and set up the evaluating standard.At the same time the thesis ccording to the actural implementation data and the data before implementation then evaluates the results after the implementation ,and confirms LM blade lean production model is effective.
