| 中文摘要: | 当今,处于百年未有大变局的人类社会,特别是受到叠加蔓延全球的新冠肺炎疫情的影响,正在经历一个不确定性明显增强的发展阶段。随着数字技术蓬勃发展,人类社会正在经历第四次工业革命的冲击,已然迈入机遇和挑战复杂交织的数字化时代,以5G、大数据、云计算、区块链、物联网、人工智能等为代表的数字技术,正在加速推进全球经济结构调整和产业分工深化。近年来,我国经济正由高速增长阶段,加快向高质量发展阶段转变,而我国“十四五”规划为数字经济的发展绘制出宏大蓝图,明确提出要加快数字技术和实体经济的深入融合,为传统产业的转型升级赋能,催生出新的产业、业态或模式。对此,我国正加快部署推进新基建,培养壮大数字经济新动能,同时引导改造提升传统产业,推动数字经济和实体经济融合发展,可以说当前各行各业都面临着数字化带来的变革挑战和发展机遇,尤其是对于正在对标世界一流管理、推进高质量发展的国有企业来说,正面临数字化转型的大好窗口期。在我国社会经济结构和国有企业主体中,建筑企业无疑是其中重要的稳定器和压舱石。在当前数字化如火如荼的大背景下,建筑企业作为典型的传统支柱企业,推进数字化技术集成应用,推动数字化与建造全业务链的深度融合已成为大势所趋。建筑企业数字化转型,将不仅有助于提升施工项目数字化管理水平,更将有助于通过数字化转型实现管理的数字化、智能化全方面升级,将有助于迈上高质量可持续发展之路。基于此,本文主要通过借鉴数字化转型相关研究理论和方法,以国有西南建筑公司为例,分析西南建筑公司数字化转型现状以及存在的主要问题,进而针对性从从理清数字化转型战略、健全数字化管理体系,以及探索打造数字化平台生态等方面,提出针对西南建筑公司的数字化转型改进策略,从而持续赋能西南建筑公司加快数字化转型,实现提质增效,为其在激烈的竞争环境中更好适应市场需求,得以持续健康高质量发展奠定基础。同时为类似建筑公司数字化转型提供有益借鉴与参考。 | |
| 英文摘要: | At present, society is undergoing significant changes unseen in a century, with the impact of COVID-19, experiencing a period of a substantial increase in uncertainty. With the rapid development of technology, society has entered the challenging digital era while experiencing the fourth industrial revolution. Technology like the 5G, big data, cloud computing, blockchain, Internet of things, artificial intelligence is accelerating the adjustment of Global economic structure and deepening the industrial labour division. In recent years, China's economy has shifted from high-speed growth to high-quality development, and the "14th Five-Year Plan" draws a grand blueprint for digital economy development, proposing to promote the integration between digital technology and the real economy. It enables the transformation and up-gradation of traditional industries, leading to new initiatives, new forms of business and models. Therefore, China promotes new infrastructure construction and fosters new economic drivers while guiding the traditional industries ' transformation and up-gradation. Digitalization brought challenges and opportunities to all, especially for state-owned enterprises that benchmark world-class management and promote quality development. The state-owned enterprises are facing transitions in the digital era.?? State-owned construction enterprises function as the cornerstone in China's social and economic structure. In the digital background, construction enterprises are trending to promote the integrated application of digital technology and deepen digitalization and construction integration. The digital transformation of construction enterprises not only help to improve the digital management of construction projects but also help to achieve digital management through transformations, intelligent upgrade from all aspects, achieving sustainable development. This essay is going to use theory and method on digitalization, adopt Southwest construction state-owned company to conduct a case study. It is going to analyze the circumstances of the company's digital transformation and main existing problems from three aspects: Clarifying the digital transformation strategy, perfecting the digital management system and exploring the construction of the digital platform ecology. Aiming to provide digital transformation improvement strategy for the Southwest Construction Company, achieving quality and efficiency. To accommodate market demand in competition, providing a foundation for sustainable development. In the meanwhile, the essay delivers constructive references to other construction companies in digitalization. | |
