| 中文摘要: | 在信息爆炸式增长的时代,本科生在信息获取、信息选择过程中会遇到各种各样的问题,难免会由于自身信息素养能力欠缺等因素陷入信息茧房却浑然不知,这需要引起高校教育机构的关注。高校图书馆因其教育职能所在,理应注意防范并帮助学生走出信息茧房困境。大学生在学习中的信息茧房现象有何表现,因何形成,图书馆如何帮助本科生规避这一问题,亦或是当学生出现这一问题时该如何引导,是本研究所关注并要解决的问题。 本研究旨在探究本科生日常学习中茧房问题的表现特征及其产生原因,并在此基础上为高校图书馆提出建设性对策。在进行相关的理论研究以后,研究者采用半结构化访谈的方法并结合扎根理论编码对收集到的资料进行两次编码。第一次针对信息茧房的表现特征进行编码,第二次是以探究信息茧房成因为目标进行编码,两次编码都经过开放式编码、主轴编码以及选择性编码三个阶段。通过对本科生日常学习中信息茧房现象的表现特征进行进一步分析,研究者发现各表现特征之间具有关联性和伴随性,并以此构建出本科生信息茧房特征模型。研究还进一步对学习中信息茧房现象的成因做了归纳,得出三个主要因素:个体因素、信息因素以及环境因素;在此基础上提出了高校图书馆为解决本科生学习中信息茧房问题可以做出的贡献及可采取的措施。 本研究以本科生为研究对象,日常学习作为研究场景,丰富了信息茧房领域的实证研究,为高校图书馆帮助解决学生信息茧房问题提供了思路。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In the era of explosive growth of information, undergraduates will encounter various problems in the process of information acquisition and information selection. It is inevitable that they will fall into the information cocoons due to their low information literacy ability, which needs attention in higher education. Due to the educational function, university libraries should pay attention to preventing and helping students out of the dilemma of information cocoons. What is the performance characteristics of college students ' information cocoons in learning? Why is it formed? How does the library help undergraduates to avoid Or guide this problem? This is a series of problems that need to be solved in the study. This study aims to explore the performance characteristics and causes of information cocoons in undergraduate daily learning, and on this basis, put forward constructive suggestions for university libraries. After the relevant theoretical research, the researcher uses the method of semi-structured interview combined with grounded theory coding to encode the collected data twice. The first encoding is for the performance characteristics, and the second encoding is for the purpose of exploring the cause of information cocoons. Both encodings have experienced open coding, spindle coding and selective coding. Through further analysis of the performance characteristics of information cocoons in undergraduate daily learning, it is found that there are correlations and concomitants among various performance characteristics, so as to construct the feature model of information cocoons for undergraduates. The study further summarizes the causes of information cocoons in learning, and draws three main factors: individual factors, information factors and environmental factors. On this basis, this paper puts forward some measures that university library can take to solve the problem of undergraduate learning. | |
