| 中文摘要: | 科技成果转化一直是科技创新领域重要的前沿研究问题和实践问题,是建设创新型国家的关键环节,是决定能否成功转化为生产力,能否产生经济效益的至关重要因素。同时,科技成果转化为生产力是一个涉及创新、管理和效益的复杂过程。转化路径作为科技成果与现实生产力之间的连接桥梁,通过对资源的合理开发和优化利用,在转化路径上构建高效运转的研发、设计、生产和销售服务协同运营的商业模式,实现更快速地商业转化是在激烈竞争环境下立于不败之地的关键。 以W公司为例,在研究过程中主要采用文献研究法和访谈法。首先,回顾国内外学者对科技成果转化的研究成果;其次,整理归纳商业模式理论和协同创新理论的发展历程和应用案例;最后,通过实地调研收集二手资料,并与W公司中高层和技术专家共20人以访谈方式收集一手资料,借助NVIVO R 1.6质性分析软件进行数据分析,发现W公司在科技成果转化路径方面存在以下四方面问题:(1)对客户群体定位不准确;(2)价值主张无法满足客户需求;(3)资源获取和利用能力不足;(4)收入来源和成本结构不均衡。鉴于此,本研究在孵化器商业模式优化框架下,构建W公司科技成果转化的优化路径,针对以上四方面问题,在客户群体定位、价值主张、资源整合能力和盈利模式等四个方面提出优化。同时,组建专业化团队,保障优秀技术和人才引进;通过管控模式明晰责权,建设共享平台;组建知识产权和标准化体系;建立资金管理和差异化激励等制度,保障优化路径运行顺畅。综上,本研究得出以下三点结论:(1)从孵化器商业模式视角有利于揭示W公司科技成果转化路径运行内涵;(2)W公司科技成果转化的关键是“技术-研发-应用-反馈-技术迭代”各环节形成正反馈回路;(3)W公司科技成果转化需要的资源积累过程是路径依赖过程。 依据物探行业科技成果转化的现实状态,本研究结论为物探行业通过孵化器商业模式优化科技成果转化路径,提升科技成果转化效率,解决物探软件从产品到商品最后一公里问题提供可行性方案。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The transformation of technological development achievements has always been a critical frontier research and practical issue. It is a key link in building an innovative country and a crucial factor to determine whether it can be successfully transformed into productive forces and produce economic benefits. At the same time, the transformation of technological development achievements into productive forces is a complex process involving innovation, management and efficiency. As a bridge between technological development achievements and practical productivity, the transformation path builds an efficient business model of collaborative operation of R & D, design, production and sales services on the transformation path through the rational development and optimal utilization of resources, and realizes more rapid commercial transformation. It is the key to remain invincible in the fierce competitive environment. Taking W company as an example, literature research method and interview method are mainly used in the research process. Firstly, review the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the transformation of technological development achievements; Secondly, it summarizes the development process and application cases of business model theory and collaborative innovation theory; Finally, second-hand data were collected through field research, and first-hand data were collected through interviews with 20 middle and senior managers and technical experts of W company. Through data analysis with the help of NVIVO R 1.6 qualitative analysis software, it was found that W company had the following four problems in the transformation path of technological development achievements: (1) Inaccurate positioning of customer groups; (2) The value proposition cannot meet the needs of customers; (3) Insufficient ability to obtain and utilize resources; (4) Income sources and cost structure are unbalanced. In view of this, this thesis constructs the optimization path of the transformation of technological development achievements of W company under the framework of incubator business model optimization, and puts forward optimization suggestions in four aspects: customer group positioning, value proposition, resource integration ability and profit model. At the same time, establish a professional team to ensure the introduction of excellent technology and talents; Clarify responsibilities and rights through management and control mode and build a sharing platform; Establish intellectual property rights and standardization system; Establish fund management and differentiated incentive systems to ensure the smooth operation of the optimization path. To sum up, this thesis draws the following three conclusions: (1) From the perspective of incubator business model, it is conducive to reveal the operation connotation of the transformation path of technological development achievements of W company; (2) The key to the transformation of technological development achievements of W company is to form a positive feedback loop in each link of "technology - R & D - Application - feedback - technology iteration"; (3) The resource accumulation process required for the transformation of technological development achievements of W company is a path dependent process. According to the reality of the transformation of technological development achievements in the geophysical exploration industry, the conclusion of this thesis provides a feasible scheme for the geophysical exploration industry to optimize the transformation path of technological development achievements through the business model of incubator, improve the transformation efficiency of technological development achievements, and solve the last kilometer problem of geophysical exploration software from products to commodities. | |
