| 中文摘要: | 公共图书馆是我国公共文化服务体系的重要组成部分,在维护和保障公众文化权益方面发挥着重要作用,尤其对弱势群体权益的保障有着天然的使命要求。随着经济社会发展和人民生活水平的提高,公众对健康越来越重视,对公共文化服务也有了更高的要求。但目前我国公众的健康素养并不高,健康信息需求与满足还存在巨大差距,其中住院患者是健康信息需求的主力军。住院患者因环境或自身生理条件的限制,与公共文化服务产生了距离。而公共图书馆因其在为住院患者提供服务方面具有群体优势、资源优势、服务优势和信任优势,应该在为住院患者提供服务中发挥作用,帮助患者获取信息资源,缓解心理压力,以更积极的心态面对生活。目前,我国的公共图书馆弱势群体研究很少单独将住院患者作为研究对象进行研究,相关实践也屈指可数,这对住院患者和公共图书馆都是一种缺憾。因此,对面向住院患者的公共图书馆服务展开研究非常有必要。 本研究聚焦住院患者对公共图书馆服务的需求以及需求满足策略。首先,根据文献梳理和访谈调研对住院患者的图书馆服务需求进行整理,形成了18项服务需求;其次,根据上述需求设计、发放问卷,运用Kano模型对问卷结果进行描述性分析,根据better-worse系数划分出4项必备需求、4项期望需求、7项魅力需求以及3项无差异需求。并基于年龄、学历、住院时长以及利用图书馆服务的经验4个变量因素进行差异化研究。结果显示患者对健康信息服务、普通阅读服务和相关支持性服务都有需求,但这些需求存在层次化和差异化特征;再次,对国内外相关案例介绍,并对其服务进行评价和经验总结。最后,结合上述分析和案例的经验总结对公共图书馆面向住院患者的服务提出了4点对策建议,包括服务意识的加强、公共图书馆基础服务的完善、按服务需求类型和优先顺序提供服务以及外部协作的加强。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The public library is one of the main components of my country's public cultural service system, and it plays an important role in safeguarding and protecting the public's cultural rights and interests, especially for the protection of the rights and interests of vulnerable groups. With the development of economy and society and the improvement of people's living standards, the public pays more and more attention to health and has higher requirements for public cultural services. However, at present, the health literacy of the public in my country is not high, and there is still a huge gap between health needs and abilities, especially hospital patients are the main force for health information needs. At the same time, due to the limitations of the environment or their own physiological conditions, hospital patients have distanced themselves from public cultural services. The public library, because of its group advantages, resource advantages, service advantages and trust advantages in providing services to hospital patients, should play its role to provide services for hospital patients, so that patients can obtain the required literature and information resources, relieve psychological pressure, and improve Face life positively. At present, the research on vulnerable groups in public libraries in our country seldom takes hospital patients as service objects alone, and there are only a handful of related practices, which is a pity for both hospital patients and public libraries. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research on public library services for hospital patients, and explore user services in the hospital scenario. This study focuses on the needs of inpatients for public library services and strategies for meeting the needs. Firstly, the library service needs of inpatients were sorted out according to literature review and interview research, and 18 service needs were formed; The worse coefficient divides 4 essential needs, 4 desired needs, 7 attractive needs and 3 indifference needs. And based on age, education, length of hospital stay, and experience in using library services, a differentiated study was conducted. The results show that patients have needs for health information services, general reading services and related support services, but these needs are hierarchical and differentiated. Finally, combined with the above analysis and case experience, four countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for public library services for inpatients, including strengthening service awareness, improving basic services of public libraries, providing services according to the type and priority of service needs, and Enhanced external collaboration. | |
