中文摘要：	投资是企业扩大生产经营的首要经济活动，也是企业实施发展战略和实现价值增长的重要手段。投资决策是企业管理体系的重要环节，在企业发展过程中占据重要地位。随着市场经济的迅猛发展，决策环境日益复杂，决策项目日益增多，项目质量良莠不齐，竞争对手层出不穷，企业的投资风险越来越高，投资压力越来越大。在此背景下，企业必须根据环境和自身的经营情况进行投资决策管理的优化，提高投资决策管理水平，实现长期可持续发展。本文以HZ公司为研究对象，以轴承模具加工项目为研究案例。首先，对国内外相关理论文献进行梳理和研究，学习最新理论成果；其次，以HZ公司实际情况为例，指出其投资决策现状，并分析其在投资决策调研、投资决策方法、投资决策流程方面存在的问题及原因；再次，根据HZ公司投资决策存在的问题及原因，提出充分发挥投资调研作用、完善投资决策方法、构建适宜的投资决策流程等优化建议，同时辅以成立专业的投资团队、强化投资制度建设、构建投资绩效考核和问责机制、加强员工交流和培训等配套措施以帮助HZ公司提升投资决策管理水平；最后，利用目前实际面临且具有典型意义的轴承模具加工案例对优化方案进行应用研究，一方面通过优化后的方案分析认为该项目值得投资，另一方面通过案例的应用也说明优化后的投资决策方案在HZ公司具有一定的适用性和有效性。通过本文的研究，以期在HZ公司建立起更加符合当前经营现状且有助于其长远发展的投资决策体系，改变以往凭借总经理个人经验和直觉做判断的投资决策方式，提升HZ公司投资决策水平，提高投资决策效率，降低投资决策风险，实现企业良性发展。同时，为其他同类企业及工作人员优化投资决策管理工作提供一定的参考和借鉴。
英文摘要：	Investment is the primary economic activity for enterprises to expand production and operation. It is also an important means for enterprises to implement development strategy and realize value growth. Investment decision-making is an important part of enterprise management system and occupies an important position in the process of enterprise development. With the rapid development of market economy, the decision-making environment is becoming more and more complex, the number of decision-making projects is increasing, the quality of projects is uneven, competitors emerge in endlessly, the investment risk of enterprises is higher and higher, and the investment pressure is greater and greater. In this context, enterprises must optimize investment decision-making management according to the environment and their own business conditions, improve the level of investment decision-making management and realize long-term sustainable development. Taking HZ company as the research object and bearing mold processing project as the research case. This paper first combs and studies the relevant theoretical literature at home and abroad to learn the latest theoretical achievements; Secondly, taking the actual situation of HZ company as an example, this paper points out the current situation of its investment decision-making, and analyzes the problems and reasons in investment decision-making research, investment decision-making methods and investment decision-making process; Thirdly, according to the problems and reasons existing in the investment decision-making of HZ company, this paper puts forward the optimization suggestions such as giving full play to the role of investment research, improving the investment decision-making methods and constructing an appropriate investment decision-making process, supplemented by establishing a professional investment team, strengthening the construction of investment system, constructing the investment performance evaluation and accountability mechanism Strengthen staff communication and training and other supporting measures to help HZ company improve its investment decision-making management level; Finally, the application of the optimization scheme is studied by using the actual and typical bearing mold processing case. On the one hand, through the analysis of the optimized scheme, it is concluded that the project is worthy of investment, on the other hand, the application of the case also shows that the optimization scheme has certain applicability and effectiveness in HZ company. Through the research of this paper, we hope to establish an investment decision-making system in HZ company that is more in line with the current business situation and conducive to its long-term development, change the previous investment decision-making method of judging by the general manager's personal experience and intuition, improve the investment decision-making level of HZ company, improve the efficiency of investment decision-making, reduce the risk of investment decision-making, and realize the benign development of the enterprise. At the same time, it provides some reference for other similar enterprises and staff to optimize investment decision-making management.
